Description of Area

This world is a lot like the original San Malarus, the most noticeable aspect about it is that it is much more metropolitan which almost looks out of place for an island of this size, and always looks as though it is night, and the rain that hits is abundant. The city itself is adorned with lights and there are many broken areas around town where remnants of new technology have failed, though the one light remaining “constant” is the moon, which seems to glow various colors at random intervals, from blue, to red, even pink. The inhabitants here generally do not go out too much and the streets tend to be barren. What little people go on the streets are usually either in what cars that still work, or with protection of some kind. It is also common to walk around and quickly see people around town with mechanical alterations to their body, such as a mechanical hand or the like.
