Shadow Weapon Personality:

Sort of cheeky and arrogant, always wanting a piece of everything. If it could act on its own, it would probably end up chasing enemies, taunting them and trying to prove it's the best in everything. Simply put, this Shadow has an enormously large ego, that could use some deflating.

Shadow Weapon Background:

Before it was caught and used for experiments, this Shadow used to roam around, spending the majority of its time jumping at every opportunity to prove itself. It though no one could take it down, and was a regular show off amongst its kind. That arrogance was what led to its downfall. If it knew when to retreat, it could have escaped the scientists and not get caught, overestimating its own abilities. Yet, even with the position it's been put in, it still refuses give up its ways. Even bad luck has to look up to someone, right?

Passive Boosts:

Those of the Jester Arcana are a spinning wheel. Where the Fool can control what their 15% boost is focused on, those of the Jester cannot. At the start of each battle, the boost they will receive will be randomnized between all of the boosts of the other Arcanas, but because of this, the boost is raised to 25%

Shadow Weapon Skill List:

Skill 1:  **Frost Bite | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a freeze ailment with each bufu skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc ice. May cause freeze that makes your next attack undodgable. Wears off the opponent's next turn. [in PvS - in PvP it lowers opponent mobility and agility by 15% and partially freezes them in place until their next turn].  Can be put out by an agi skill used on self that matches tier. Description: When the Forgotten's health gets lower than 30% they automatically go into a powerful state called [Last Life]. This happens once per battle and powers all their moves up by 30%. Even their skills rank up a tier in damage. This mode lasts as long as their health is below 30%.

Description: Focusing on the ground below, Sharaku can cause the surface he's currently on freeze in a diameter of 3 feet around himself, making it slippery like an ice field, prompting opponents to slip, causing a small amount of Ice damage. In PVS, it damages one enemy, and has a 10% chance to inflict Charm.

One foot seems rather small. You can make it two or three if you want if the attack spawns from the center of you. Apart from that, you are approved.
