| If the small, homely town of Hayabusa had a core, a heart that was without a doubt Hayabusa’s Everyday Market.
Located in one a remarcably tranquil part of the town, the market might have not been as big as the food court at the mall in Shibazukoi nor was it any cheaper at all. However, everything found in there was 100% fresh and the stack always included some treasures that could make any dish, no matter how repulsive it originally was (except school food, of course), fit for the gods themselves.
Indeed, Hayabusa’s Everyday Market was the place to go if you called yourself a ‘gourmet’. Which was why Kira had come.
With a determined expression, he stood tall before the entrance of the market/restaurant as the light of the dawn iluminated his face (it was common knowledge that the best items could only be found at the first our in the morning). Having ditched for once his fancy suit, Kira wore a light brown t-shirt, brown cargo pants, a large backpack, an adventureer hat and, most baffling of it all, had a whip strapped to his belt.
“Well, this is it”, he mumbled to himself as he pulled a torch from his backpack and lighted it, stepping into the market.
The insides of the building where so dark that he it seemed to swallow the light from the torch, which only managed to briefly light delicious kinds of fruits, vegetables and meat. However, Kira paid no heed to this. He wasn’t there for the small fry, he was going for the jackpot, an ingredient so tasty, so flavourful that the mere concept of its existence was said to drive men insane.
carefully advancing, he reached the back of the market, a place of legend where only the bravest dared to thread. Reaching for his backpack again, Kira unfolded a milenary papyrus that had been rescued from Tutankamon’s tomb and which contatined a mysterious inscription that no egyptologist had ever managed to decipher... Before Kira came along, that is.
Carefully threading the tiles on the wall, Kira eventually found a loose one which, after receiving a soft, swift push, opened a tunnel leading to the ancient Mayan temple Hayabusha’s Everyday Market had been edificated above.
Kira preoceeded down the tunnel, however, as soon as he was 50 meters deep on it, the floor started rumbling and before he knew it, a giant boulder dropped from a secret chamber!
Running with all his might, Kira dashed down the passage, trying to keep ahead from the rolling stone, but to no avail!, After each passed moment the boulder drawed closer and closer to the point he could feel it right behind his ancles!
But when it seemed that the boulder would catch Kira, a side passage sudenly appeared to his right!
Diving away from the rocky death that awaited him, Kira found himself before the entrance to large funerary chamber or so it seemed to be due to the impaled human skeletons that could be seen protruding from the floor every here and there. With care, he slowly advanced through the membranous floor, where some sort of piano-like instrument could be seen. Upon closer inspection, Kira saw that there was a old, dusty partiture... if his instincts didn’t lie him now, there was only one way to go on.
taking a seat, Kira undusted the keys, starting to play the song, that happened to be Hayabusa’s Everyday Market jingle. At first, it seemed easy, but for every note he missed some of the floor crumbled, revealing a deadly pit of spikes below!
And yet, despite the danger, Kira kept his cool, managing to complete the partiture moments before the place fell down entirely towards even more death. From the wall at the end of the chanber, a tube wide enough for him to fit oppened. It was a slide!
Without thinking about it twice, Kira propulsed him through the only scape route as the floor where he had been standing on seconds ago crumbled down. The slide was long, but safe and kinda fun) and when it ended it threw him directly to a subterranean river.
Fighting against the current, Kira ascended towards the surface and saw it.
A vast pirate ship, with so much gold and jewels that just a hundreth part of the ritches would be enough to last for ten lives. It was One-Eyed Willie’s treassure.
Entering in the ship through a hole a sharp rock had made centuries ago, Kira ascended to the captain’s cabin. There, he found Willie’s corpse sitting at the table, and on its plate, what he had come for. The ingredient that made everything taste like an unicorn’s rainbow tears.
Looking for something to substitute it with, he finally got an idea! Carefully picking it up, Kira gradually replaced its weight with a human severad hand he had brought from home... Everything seemed to have worked just fine, but as he turned around to leave, the weight of the hand proved to be superior to the ingredient’s. Willie’s skull turned to glare at him as the whole cave trembled!, The autodestruction mechanism had been activated!
“Damn!!”, Kira explained as he grabbed one last thing from his backpack and let it go to move faster and be lighter. This was his final gamble.
There was no way to escape the cave but one, a single thing so reckless and dangerous that perhaps he would wish to have died in the cave afterwards. Running through the deck, Kira looked towards the ceiling, searching for a certain spot in which he detained himself, oppening an umbrella over his head. According to his calculations, when the cave collapsed there would be a very powerful air current formed that would exit through a natural chimeney that leaded to an unknown location. Using this mbrella, he should be able to ride it!, It made perfect sense!
And so, Kira was blown out of the cave at speeds over 300 km/h. Fortunately for him, the chimeney was connected to Hayabusa’s sewers. Exiting through an open manhole at the speed of a bullet, Kira raised hundreds of meters above ground level before floating gently floating down with his trusty umbrella.
"YES!!, I DID IT!!", he couldn't help to blurt out as he hoped around with the softly glowing ingredient, celebrating his victory against bland tastes.

| Recent thinking has brought Noctis to one particular conclusion: that he should probably learn to cook at some point. He had an intensive knowledge on ingredients, where they were, what they are used for, and where they can be picked out in food. It only seemed logical to move forward with that. He hoped it wouldn’t backfire on him in the future. He would just start easy by making small dishes that didn’t need actual cooking. Like either small soups, or something that at most, required hot water. He would soon start his search for ingredients by looking to the local market in Hayabusa. He was new to the area, so his natural weakness of being easily distracted did stop him when he walked through the door. He would find himself looking around at the area itself for several minutes rather than the food itself. During this search, he would by happenstance come across an odd man. He seemed like he was bounding around the area, as if either looking for something quickly, or avoiding something just as quickly. He did not come across people like that often in the human world, and it interested him to see this man rolling through his day with much more “oomph” than the average person he saw.
He would keep his passive, yet curious eyes trained on the man when he held up the ingredient he seemed to capture so triumphantly. It seemed that other people wished to know what he had, cause quite a few of them were looking in his direction. Upon further focusing, he could tell it was a can of corn. Unfortunately, Noctis did not want to touch those kinds of meals just yet. Nonetheless, Noctis would walk over to the man in interest. He seemed to be very excited to have this; maybe he intended to have a very specific dish. “Hello sir,” he began. “Did you have something planned for that ingredient?” During his talking, the bystanders seemed to eventually move back to their business, apparently not as curious about his planned meal as Noctis was.

| Before he knew it, Kira found himself surrounded by people of all kinds and ages, curiously staring at him. Kira wondered what was so interesting about him, wasn't it normal that, having attained his ends, he celebrated his triumph?, Didn't such an accomplishment deserve so much happiness? People were weird some times. Still... Being surrounded like this remembered himself of his last day in Duwang, the day before being interned on the hospital for a whole year, the day he battled for his life... - FLASHBACK TIEM:
Yoshikaze Kira, then a simple, theoretically harmless Kameyu market employee, was on his knees on the middle of the street. Behind him, his house, the house were his family lived was wrecked and ablaze. All around him, the people of Duwang stood, looking at him in shock and terror as the family man quickly bled out from the dozens of wounds all over his body. At this rate, he would be dead in five minutes at most. Everything had happened so fast that he could hardly tell how it had all started. One moment he was on his way to work and the next he was under attack... However, this moment, this decisive moment, everything had slowed down almost to a halt. Looking forward, he saw no one or two, but seven Persona Users, the protectors of Duwang and inheritors of inspector Higashikata's spirit, running towards him, their righteous fury having given them wings. All of them hated him, wanted him dead for one reason or another. Their rage was just and they were all ready to swiftly put an end to him with just one more strike. And yet, this didn't worry Yoshikaze Kira. Nothing of that concerned him anymore. He had lost everything he had never wanted to loose. His home, his son, his wife, his life... Everything had been taken away because of the enormous collateral damage produced during the fight, damage he himself had produced with his accursed power, Killer Queen, a power only fit to destroy. He had become the murderer of the only people he truly cared for, so what did it matter now if he died?, It would only be liberating to die as things were. ... But slowly, his eyes drifted to the hands down by his side. The fingers of his right one were gripping the air as if holding something, an invisible detonator. Even though he didn't know what would happen if he pressed it, what he knew was that it was his only chance to escape... But his fingers felt limp and unwilling to respond. Did he truly want to to keep fighting?, Did he truly have the will to survive? "Have you ever wished that things had happened differently?" Star Platinum's hand flew towards Kira's skull, aiming to split it in two, aiming to sink its fingers on his brain, turning it into a bloody mess on the pavement. "Have you ever wished to stop being fate's puppet?" In utter terror, Kira observed how the hand drew nearer and nearer to his face to the point he could feel the air it pushed on its path "Have you ever wished to run from it all?" ... And in that moment, his thumb convulsed, pressing the detonator. *Booom*.
That day, the worst day of his life, had ended with his total, absolute victory, managing to save his family's life and even preventing the truth from being revealed. His enemies and all threats to his life had been erased. However, that didn't stop Kira from learning a valuable lesson that day. That life was fragile. Back then, he had thought it unbreakable as diamond, but the moment he touched it, the moment when his foes confronted him, he was proved wrong. Someday, any of these days, his life, his diamond could crumble into dust and there was no guarantee he could fix it up this time. That was why he had to treasure what he had, be it his family's love, his day-to-day pleasures or this can of corn- Wait a f*cking second there. Corn?... Kira's eyes almost popped out of their orbits as he stared in disbelief. The Secret Ingredient stored in the deepest, most perilous abysses of Hayabusa's Everyday Market he had almost died attaining was A GODDAMN CAN OF CORN?! Well, certainly it was true the notion of something so dumb existing drove Kira insane. “Hello si-”Without realizing it, Kira's fist shot in a straight line towards poor Noctis' face before he could even finish and before Kira even registered that he was being talked to. "Sweet Jesus!", Kira exclaimed as he rushed at Noctis, "Did I hurt you?", he said as he checked for any injuries (after all, Kira was a muscular, strong man), "I didn't intend to do that!, I swear it!", and sure enough, he hadn't wanted to harm the young man without a reason. It was just that, when he was surprised, sometimes his body tried to protect itself on its own, causing involuntary reactions such as this one... It was true that Noctis had not sneaked on him or anything, but Kira just had happened to have his guard down due to both his thoughts and remembrances and the goddamn corn. "Here, let me help you up!", he said, offering him the same hand had tried to strike Noctis' visage, "I won't be happy until I make it up to you!"

| Before much could come out of Noctis’ mouth, he was suddenly struck by a sudden movement of the man’s fist, which would send him to the ground, more confused than anything. ‘Does this man greet this way? He did seem a bit eccentric just a moment ago…’ he thought. The pain never really bothered him, as it would take a lot more than that to really damage an attendant like him. Though regardless, before he could attempt to get back up, a few people came over to offer a hand. What was strange about this was that all of them were women. One looked to be a teenager, about as old as Noctis himself looked. One was an older woman, probably in her early thirties, who took great care in helping brush off Noctis’ shoulder as the teenager more or less took his arm to help him up, while a younger girl asked if he was okay. Noctis laughed a bit, confused by the girls’ sudden sense of generosity. They were so friendly to him for seemingly no reason. They even seemed to look at him fondly as though they had known him for a long time, yet the girls themselves seemed a bit tense with one another. How odd, but nice. “Please, it’s no big deal. I am not hurt,” he said with a grin. The girls seemed almost relieved to hear that. Though the moment the male opened his mouth, the other girls seemed to give him a rather venomous look, as though he made fresh new enemies. Though one at a time, they seemed to leave reluctantly, the teenage girl staying by to write on a small slip of paper a number, which she said belonged to her before practically forcing it into his hand and then waving and leaving. Noctis would put the paper in his pocket, confused at what had just happened. “I am alright sir, don’t worry. I was just curious if you had anything planned for that corn. You seemed very happy to grab it,” he said curiously. Maybe if he learned what he had in mind, Noctis himself would have ideas on what to make himself, or at least some pointers for future culinary events. - Strengths/Weaknesses:
—Strength Name: Looker —Description: While he doesn't flaunt it, he is an attractive male. Some girls tend to fawn for him when he speaks. He himself does not know why, but for him, it seems to make it easier to talk to girls.
—Weakness Name: Hopeless Romantic —Description: As much as he wants to study and experience love, he cannot seem to grasp it for himself. He does not know himself how to feel love. If he were to ever love, someone else would have to love him first.

| ((OoC : In case anyone would be confused, I was allowed to join this ^^))
Hibiki had been idly walking through the market, not having any particular purpose in being there. Sometimes it was just a good way to think about stuff. And being in a market gave him an excuse to walk aimlessly around without getting bothered. There wasn't really even need to pretend that he was looking at things. Not like anyone cared a bit, focused on their own shopping sprees. The only downside was the crowdiness, but Hibiki wasn't the type to mind it much, as long as he wasn't getting jumped at. Therefore, he just kept wandering, thinking about the recent events, and trying to get it all straight. So much was going on, and it wasn't an easy task to sort it out. Who could have known that something could be so complicated and tiring.
And he would have continued for God knows how long, if he suddenly didn't get distracted, seeing quite a large crowd of girls near ahead of him. At first he couldn't see what the deal was, and he was considering just walking by, not getting involved this time, as it really had nothing to do with him, but he stopped short when a few of them stepped away, revealing a familiar figure in the midst of it all. This was quite the surprise. Out of all people, he would have not expected to see an attendant in a place like this. Then again, he remembered that Noctis seemed to have a liking to candy. Guess he had to get it from somewhere. Although, Hibiki did not think that the man went shopping himself.
Well, either way, now he had a reason to get involved in whatever was it that was going on there. It appeared that Noctis was getting acquainted with another man, that Hibiki had not seen before. Which wasn't surprising at all. Afterall there was no way he could know everyone in Ueitawa, now could he? ''Hello Noctis. Fancy seeing you here.'', he would say, approaching the two. ''...I hope I'm not interrupting anything.'', he'd add after a moment, realizing that he technically might be doing just that. He would look at the man currently close to Noctis, giving a friendly nod if the other acknowledged him. Who was he to know if this man wasn't Noctis' friend, or some Persona User he didn't know yet. Everything was possible. He had not known the golden eyed attendant for a long time yet.
