I felt as if i should share a poem with you guys, something for new years i wanted to write ahead of time. People probably have their own meanings for it, but i just wanted it to share mine. For those who werent having such a great year like I was, I hope this cheers you up.
As the sun will set, as dawn is approaching. The new year begins, as the old year... wrinlked and closing.
Its a time of new beginnings, a time for shouts and cheers. About the same routine that we perform every year.
The highlights of our life, will always be remembered...from september, october, november, and december.
All the days that make this year, our lives forever changed.
The choices we made, the path that we choose. Our lives... will never be the same.
The pain we endured from day in, to day out. The hardships and suffering... something we never should shut out.
The negative and the positive, is what makes us who we are. Never to gleam in the darkness, we are all shining stars.
As the new year begins, we look back on all the days..we shared with our loved ones..in times of happiness and dismay.
Look back at the people who couldnt be here today, who tragically lost their lives.... and silently decay.
I say this to value the life that we have, to survive another year....with these hazardous misfortunes that develop every year.
New Years is a blessing, we made it in the end. No matter how good this year was, all good things must come to an end.
To begin anew, the starting of another. To venture in the times of pleasure, and great wonder.
To succeed, to accel...our new years resolution is clear. They all should be the same, for us to do our best every year.
