The Interrogation [Lorielle]

Detective Keryu had taken Lorielle to the station and took a room just for them. In the room was a single table, a bed, a TV, and a laptop that was police handled, but seemed to be dead and out of power. The cyan haired woman sat in the chair closest to the door of the small room, and had told Lorielle to sit across from her at the bland grey table. Crossing her arms, the young woman would take a breath. "Ms. Rutherford, I need you to be honest with me. I'm going to be frank here, things are looking good for you in this case. You're involved with both murder cases, your name is put in blood, you've been marked as a very "curious" person, asking alot of questions. Be honest with me, what is your involvement with this case? I can't say I don't believe you're involved with the deaths, but I don't think you killed these people yourself. Infact your life could be in danger. So tell me everything you know, because I know you're involved somehow." The Detective was being frank and didn't feel like beating around the bush here.

Walking into the station and into the interrogation room, she would sit down across from Detective Keryu as told. She would listen to her talk and tell Lorielle what profile she was more or less given, and she would go on to tell her she at least thought Lorielle was not the murderer. So that was a plus on her end. But she knew she was involved with this case somehow. And Keryu could not have been any more right. But what could she say apart from having no involvement? She’d be lying, and Keryu would know it. But if she went another route, she could tell her about what she REALLY knew; about Limbo, and Personas. But would that even be accepted unless she could prove it? Well, she could, but would that implicate her even more because, even if she did believe her, that just could show her how Lorielle could have killed both victims. But was there really another choice? She had to explain herself somehow, or she could see herself being put into the witness protection program.

She would give a sigh. “Alright. You’re right. I am involved. I did not kill the two victims, but the reason why I was involved was because I know how the Killer could have done it. And I was trying to see if I could help find them,” she said. She could not believe herself, telling all of this to a detective. It was an extremely risky gamble. “I can tell you, but you have to trust me. It sounds stupid when I say it, but please.” She would make another smaller sigh and continue. “There is another world certain people can see. It’s called Limbo. You can get to it by using certain red doors, again certain people can see. I had thought that the Killer had been using these doors to throw the kids that had gone missing over the year. And for the Principal, they probably used a door in the office to kill him. I would like to think the same was for Mako. This other world exists. The doors to get to it are all around Ueitawa,” she said. Naturally she expected Keryu to just not believe her or be confused. Regardless she would try to reinforce her claim. “I promise it does. I can prove it by showing you a door in the school; there’s probably one there if you don’t believe me. The people who can see these doors have a certain power and can open them… I know this is stupid to you, but you have to trust me, I am not lying at all,” she said keeping a serious face. This was her one chance to get her on her side. She would have to explain about Personas as well. But she could not go any further unless Keryu was at least willing to hear the Limbo part out. She would wait in silence for her response.

The screen on the laptop began to ripple as a demonic red hand reached out from within it. It was like a hand leaving the depths of water, as the screen continued to ripple as it reached out for Lorielle. Upon the hand was yellow streaks as the red dripped off like blood from a fresh gash. It dropped upon the table as it continued to reach outwards towards the young female. The cackling from the Killer could still be heard. "Come here, little girl. I won't bite. Don't you trust me?" The Man continued to laugh as his distorted voice seemed to vibrate the room. The young woman was not trapped in the room, and the hand continued to stretch towards her, attempting to grasp her neck with its demonic elongated fingers. The laughter continued, almost as if the killer was playing with his prey before finishing them off. "You know I really liked you. You seemed so brilliant, but then you had to go messing around like a little BITCH! Well, you had this coming, didn't you?"

???'s Bloody Hand:

Watching Keryu obviously unconvinced by her words, she would give her a chance to give her a “proper” story. Of course she did not believe her, who would? But that was not even the worst part. Suddenly the area had turned red around her as the door was locked up by mystical chains. Lorielle almost got up from the desk, when the dead laptop screen came on to the website she had seen. Deepnight Deadline.com….the Killer would pop up, no doubt, with his intent to kill her as well. She really WAS going to die! She did not know what else to say before the Killer’s hand began passing through the screen! Lorielle would immediately jump back out of the chair and back up near the wall, and took a brief moment to summon her Persona. Yhoundeh would appear in front of her. “Stop it!” she would practically shout before Yhoundeh would make a physical slash towards the laptop itself, specifically the screen. If she was right, and the screen was the Killer’s way to connect with this part of the world, maybe the laptop would be destroyed and the Killer could no longer touch her. She would back as far away from the computer as possible while Yhoundeh made a mad dash for the laptop to strike it.

The screen cracked and was slashed in two from the hit, but the hand still stayed strong. It seemed more resistant to the slash than a regular attack. "You.. have a Persona..? Tch, now I have to kill you!" With the screen destroyed, the blood covered hand would fade away, leaving only a bloody mess where it currently was. The TV in the corner of the room flickered on, displaying the Deepnight-Deadline, and the blood red hand began to spill out from the screen once again. "I won't let you leave this room alive, you little bitch!" The hand was coming back for round two, once again stretching towards Lorielle from out the screen while bringing about a heavy killing intent in the room. Whoever this Killer was, he wanted her dead. That was a fact. She had found out how to cut his connection to her once, but could she do it twice in a row?

???'s Bloody Hand:

Lorielle would destroy the laptop, which would cause the hand to vanish into a pool of blood. So that was how it worked. She would look towards the TV which had another hand come out to attack her. She had to repeat the same thing. She would direct Yhoundeh to the TV to make another strike at the screen in order to smash it. She would back away from the TV in order to gain as much distance as possible. The man most likely had a Persona, since he seemed surprised that she had one. While Yhoundeh was attacking, she had quickly thought to pull out her cell phone, and throw it to the ground, and use her soulbound weapon to destroy the screen and leave the phone beyond all recognition. If he could travel through screens, her phone was no exception. She had to hurry fast or she would find herself on the ground with a serious lack of blood.

As the attack came, the hand pushed it aside easily to protect the TV screen. "Good bye, Lorielle." The killer chuckled the words as the hand pointed towards the center of the room and the blood that dropped from its skin began to propel. The blood circled around itself and created a sphere before compressing. "Bloody... Honeymoon." The distorted voice whispered as the blood suddenly shot outward and sliced through the entire room, cutting through Lorielle, the table, the walls, and etc except the TV. Leaving the room literally cut up like the Principal's office. Though Lorielle had no scars on her body, her clothes would be shredded, and she would have felt as if her body was covered in numerous scars and gashes. The Killer would begin to laugh out loud, awaiting to see if the girl was as easy to kill as the rest of the idiots he had killed so far. For some reason, he was extremely excited!

Stats:

“No….” was all she could manage before hearing a single phrase before the blood would slice through the entire room. It would look exactly like the principal’s office, meaning this was how he died. Even worse, Lorielle was hit by it, and very nearly died. She had no scars, but she could feel the pain on her body, like there might as well be scars. She had no choice. Better to be revealed than die. She would call upon her Persona Yhoundeh, who knew instinctively what she wanted, and would fly to her and quickly meld with her body, causing her to feel a quick rush of pain, as she melded into her Tainted Form. The pain was intense, as she did not have much time to transform, so she had to do it as quickly as possible.

Once transformed, she would be ready to go, albeit still weakened. She would quickly from her hand summon a spear of ice to once again strike the TV and destroy it. She had much better aim on her this time, and she could only hope this would help her in the end when she fired it.

The Killer was silent as he watched the girl survive his signature move. He could only perform it once every few minutes and the fact she survived it pissed him off to no end. You could hear a slamming on the other side of the screen, and various curse words full of anger and malicious intent. He wanted her dead, and it was almost palpable how much he craved her blood on his hands. When she transformed, you could hear a slight chuckle behind the screen. "What in the fuck are you supposed to be? I've seen worse, little girl!" When she chose to use ice as her weapon this time instead of cleave, which obviously worked before, he cackled. The ice came towards the TV, but when it reached the hand it shattered into small pieces and vanished. The Hand had blocked it entirely, and was immune, not even letting it touch the TV. Why would she suddenly change tactics? What was she thinking? Whatever the case, the male on the other end began to laugh hysterically as the hand reached out and attempted to slash straight through the demonic looking creature.

??? Bloody Red Hand:

She would only let out a shriek when her ice spell was completely ruined. She had nothing left. Nothing could stop her, not even her remarkable resilience to defend herself from the hit. A loud weep would be heard from the hideous monster as she went down, and slowly lost consciousness. ‘Nooooo! Not now! I cannot die from this! I learned…..the Killer…..he……..I need to fight! Keep going! Get up! Please!’ she begged in her head. But no response. She could only lay there as her body reverted to her human self, tattered and defeated, as the darkness crept into her eyes….this was the end. Nothing she could do. She failed everyone. A foolish leader who was reckless, and failed to keep going in her assault against the Killer, and she would pay the price for it with her life….’…..’
