Description: Tonight we're making some changes to Ueitawa. I want Kogami Shibuya's head on a platter. He's nothing but scum, and I want him dead. His appearance, height, body structure, and contacts are attached to this request. You do him in and I get a kill confirm, and I'll transfer the money to you clean. Take note he is a criminal and you are doing this for the future of Ueitawa, but for alittle incentive for those fellow thugs out there, you'll get a payday for it.
