PostSubject: Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission)   Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) EmptyTue Oct 29, 2013 11:27 pm

Lorielle remained inside the classroom, not too long after she showed up. Recently today the school Principal had been murdered and her along with Kahn were escorted to a classroom on the second floor. They had no choice but to stay there for safety reasons of course. One of the teachers had announced via intercom that the students were to remain indoors, lest the others either try to leave or start to panic. ‘Still, with that going on, the police could already be here,’ she thought to herself. It was only natural for them to be the first response to a crime like this. More than likely, they will probably be questioned, her and her friend Kahn. He too was with her at the time they discovered the Principal’s body, along with another woman. She had silver hair and a bored expression. Though all she did was grab a sample of blood before basically rushing out the door, figuratively considering she basically walked out.

She would remain in the room, in a desk near the window on the opposite end of the door leading out into the hallway. She would very much like to leave, however she also felt like she had to give the authorities whatever she could. Though she could not think of how the culprit escaped the room. Surely they would be caught by cameras, or possibly other people? So where could they have gone? ‘Is there some hidden entrance I don’t know about?’ she would think. A window maybe? Who knows, maybe the police will shed some light on things once she hears from them and they hear from her.

Kahn sighed as he ended the call with his boss, at least his boss was understanding. The second year contemplated all that occurred today, the most troubling fact was the fact there was a Limbo door inside the principal office. Furthermore, if the police had a suspect then they would have made an arrest, he recalled one of the teachers mentioning camera footage, surely that would have revealed the killer. Unless the killer did not use the normal door, but a door hidden from the view of normal people. Then the police would not have a reason to arrest anyone as they had little to no evidence of who did it, and how he or she did it. Then there was that girl or kid that Aburai mentioned, who was that individual? Was she connected to the crime? Or was she a hapless bystander? Was there anyway to discover the identity of this individual while remaining incognito? Most likely not, the rumor board would be the easiest place to gather information, but at the same time....it would reveal him and the possible source of information. That seems unwise as the principal's murder would just silence the possible witness too.

The second year glanced over to where Lorielle was sitting, another one of three people to discover the body first. Then there was that odd silver-haired woman who had taken a sample of blood before leaving. She made no sense, but at least she avoided being locked up in the school. The red haired young man sighed before moving over to Lorielle, moving the empty desk next to her a bit closer. He would whisper to her to prevent the other students from panicking or having them ask too many questions.

"So....what do you think of all this?" He would ask Lorielle, curious as to what his classmate was thinking. Maybe they could help each other understand what is going on, and shed light on the situation.

PostSubject: Re: Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission)   Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) EmptyWed Oct 30, 2013 12:24 pm

The pouring rain washed over the windows of the school building as the lights seemed to flicker every few seconds. Footsteps could be heard from outside the classroom and various shadows passed by the doorway that could most likely be the police. The students in the classroom gossiped as they awaited some sort of information about what was going on.

"Hey I bet this has something to do with those disappearances."

"What? No way... Well actually alot of people did go missing recently from here. Remember a few months ago at the school dorm? They said over ten students went missing that one night. Honestly I think they all just packed up and left Ueitawa. I mean why hang around when you have people disappearing every other week? Though recently after Anya, we haven't had any incidents, right?"

"Hey yea, you're right. Do you think she was possibly the person behind the disappearances? I bet she couldn't get her hands on anyone else since she's been in the hospital all this time. Haha, I knew it was her. People hanging around Nadashiki are nothing but trouble."

The gossip continued on without any signs of stopping. There would be periodical times where everyone would fall silent from the lights flickering or the sound of voices from outside the door, but they continued to do nothing but spread false rumors like normal kids their age. If you were locked in a school without knowing what was going on, there was little you could do to entertain yourself but this. Well until one of the ceiling tiles suddenly fell down and landed on the teacher's desk with a loud thud. This alone took the attention of the various students in the room, as they looked forward at the desk, and then up at the dark hole it was previously covering. In those few moments, a voice could be heard...

"I appear like a sandstorm at a ceremonial picnic; deadly and silent. The heroine whispers in the night as she appears on the scene!"
Two golden yellow orbs appeared with in the darkness before a pink blur shot down and landed on the desk with grace. In both hands she held blades, and her costume was that of what appeared to be a ninja of some sort; almost as if she were trying to pass off as some sort of superhero. Thanks to her face being covered by the mask and her hair it was hard to tell who she truly was beneath. However one thing was for sure, the expression she held was of a dazed bliss, almost as if she were hypnotized. "I point my blade to the stars, the Hero of this story! There we walk alone where no one follows! Then slash! I conquer!" She continued her strange monologue before spinning around and slashing outward. The students still watched with raised brows, probably thinking this was some type of stunt.

Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) 5ebs6r

"I am the Heroine of Truth: Scarlet Red!" '...But I like pink, just so you know.'

The weird dressed woman would cross her blades infront of her chest while scanning the room with her golden eyes. "Fear not troubled civilians, I am here to save you from tyranny! My blades will be the ones.. TO PIERCE THE HEAVENS!" "Scarlet Red" did her signature cross blade pose and the students, in all of their confusion, began to slow clap thinking this was some kind of play. What exactly was going on here? That was an amazingly good question, because no one knew. Was this woman a student? A teacher? Surely she had a reason to be there, or atleast was an important figure, right? There was something special about her, but the problem was figuring out what it was.

Lorielle remained in her desk, silent until Kahn showed up asking her opinion on all this. She shrugged her shoulders lowering her voice slightly so the other students would not be that aware. “Who knows. Any theory I can think of gets debunked one way or another, so I am still thinking…” she said, bringing a finger to her chin in thought. How did the culprit leave? That was the big question, that could possibly lead to the killer should said method be found. She would not have enough time to ponder a way when a ceiling tile fell on a teacher’s desk, causing Lorielle to jump a bit and look upon the desk. She doubted it was just faulty architecture, this school was very well kept. She would look at the open hole in the ceiling and see a pair of golden eyes up there, which made her move her head back lightly, though squinting as if still trying to figure out who was lurking up there. In a flash, a fabulous-looking woman in a pink suit with swords practically bounded onto the desk, giving some sort of speech? ‘What the actual hell?’ she thought to herself watching the perplexing character make her piece. Those swords were a bit suspicious however. How she was able to brin them into the school without getting caught is..odd. And she was in the ceiling…her suspicion was there, but at the time, she was far too confused at her to say anything about that.

She presented herself as Scarlet Red, though she was wearing pink….maybe Scarlet Pink? ‘No, what color can go with pink? Fuchsia? Fabulous?’ she thought to herself. Lorielle nonetheless, would give her a nice clap. “Love the entrance,” she said with a smile. She certainly knew how to grab people’s attention. She would give Red a light wave if she saw her. “What’s up? What are ya doing here?” she would ask with decent interest/suspicion.

Kahn nodded as Lorielle whispered to him, "Yep, I know that feeling all too well. Way to many questions, and not enough answers. Granted the rumor mill seemed to blame Anya because the disappearances stopped when she went to the hospital. Maybe it was a possibility, but Kahn doubted it. He would need more information before making speculations, he just sighed and shrugged his shoulders. He put the forehead to the desk and mumbled something. It sounded like 'confusing' or perhaps it was 'bored'. He lifted his head when he heard a loud thud to see that one of the ceiling tiles had fallen.

'What? How did that fall?' He thought, looking at the ceiling trying to determine the cause when he heard a voice. Whoever was speaking had an entire monologue planned out before a female dressed up like a pink ninja landed on the desk. Kahn was drawn to two things, the first thing were the blades she held in her hands. The second was her golden eyes, they reminded him a bit of Noctis' eyes. The first big question is why and how did she get those swords into the school. The next was did she kill the principal? It seemed possible, but Kahn was not yet sold on the matter. Not to mention the body lacked physical markings indicating the principal was killed by a physical weapon like a blade. He heard Lorielle, and joined in for a few moments.

Lorielle asked what Scarlet was doing, and after that question was answered Kahn would point to the blades that Scarlet had shown off moments earlier. "Are those blades real? Also....why were you in the ceiling?" He would ask the strange hero. Right now he was not sure what to think, but figured the only way to find out was to ask. Maybe she was the person that Aburai saw? Or maybe she witnessed what happened to the principal?

The ninja woman would flip off the teacher's desk and land with grace, right on her face. This only proved she was dressed as a ninja, but surely didn't have any real ninja training (as one could probably assume, though it was not positively correct). However, she rolled to her feet and did her signature pose, crossing her blades upon her chest. Looking towards the female who spoke towards her first, Scarlet Red would give a nod. "My purpose in life is what you're asking, yes?" The dazed expression that could be seen in her eyes was all too apparent. She took the simple question of "What are you doing here?" and turned it into a question that questioned her very existence in this world. "I am on a mission from Smiling Man-sensei. He tells me the world is clouded in darkness, shadows, and sadness. I, Scarlet Red, have the sole mission of leading you children to the world of fulfilled promises! This world I call "Bliss" and it is magnificent! Anything you want, and whoosh, it's yours! It's the perfect place to escape to when life has you in a corner... When you feel like there is no escape... Like you feel as if you have no meaning... ?" Scarlet's voice began to waver towards the end as her dazed expression began to return to normal. However, this split second of coming to her senses snapped back, and she was back to her spry and sprung self.

Looking towards the red headed boy, the super heroine pointed her left blade towards him. "I believe I answered your second question with my first response, Wendy's-kun. For these blades? Allow me to demonstrate!" The masked woman turned and sliced the teacher's desk clean in half with one swing from her left blade. "Fuaaah! These blades slice through the heavens, so you better grit those teeth when you talk to me!" Some of the students gasped at the display while others seemed to grow more interested. Did they really think this was just some sort of stunt the school was pulling? Students began to ask each other questions while the ninja woman turned back towards the class. "Now remember this class because this will be on the final!"

PostSubject: Re: Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission)   Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) EmptyFri Nov 01, 2013 4:48 am

It was already an abnormal day with the murder looming over the school. Jin stood by the classroom door quietly waiting for law enforcement and some of the teachers to finally come over to actually interrogate the two teenagers that were lumped in together with him and the rest of Yui's second year class. There was much unsettling gossip between the students housed in this classroom. Obviously these kids looked down on people originating Nadashiki. Not that he cared too much about it, but it was something to note about.

Then he heard something. It seemed as if something was coming from above through the ceiling as it was concealed by the white tiles and overhanging ceiling lights. Was it the murderer? Can such a person be that small enough to fit into such a tight space? His latter question would be answered as a polka-dotted tile was kicked down to reveal a dark opening. Following such an attention-jerking action came a figure in pink. Armed with dual blades. Obviously she had no regard for school rules.

Even more so when she destroyed a piece of school property as she sliced through the teacher's desk. Yui's desk. As interesting of an element this person was with her blatant attempt to keep her real identity concealed while sporting a stereotypical super hero-like persona, Jin couldn't just leave her alone as is. Especially when she didn't seem all too... safe with those blades that cut through all that dense wood.

"I doubt it would be on the final," he responded wryly, "Also, I must ask you to put those things away. We're in a school."

As the teacher spoke, he slowly walked to the right side of a wall that had an emergency phone for teachers to use in the case of dire times which required absolute communication to the person in charge. With a few quick presses on buttons, the receiver trilled into his ear to establish with a connection with Yui who is still at the office.

"Hello? I think you might want to get back to the class."

Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission)   Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) EmptySun Nov 03, 2013 1:47 am

Lorielle snickered lightly when the woman fell to her face on the floor. That was straight out of a sitcom routine, but she would stand up about to step to her to help her up before she got up herself. "Are you alright?" she asked. Red seemed alright and rather in a trance. Was she alright? She went on to act rather a bit more confused. The world she wants. “Bliss”, what does she mean by that? To Lorielle, the world of bliss would be where preservation was key, and advancement was necessary to bring everyone to the peak of efficiency. But putting aside her ideologies, she suddenly shifted back to her hyper self. “Bliss you say? Interesting,” she said, hoping to get her to elaborate without directly saying something. Maybe she had some interesting idea; the woman herself was interesting enough.

Kahn seemed a bit perplexed by what just happened, pretty much the same way Lorielle was.Though the “Wendys-kun” bit made Lorielle give a small laugh, she would not say anything to him, and was more focused on the girl and her shifting personality. Godai remained rather stiff, and to be fair, he was not without reason; the woman did have swords in her hands which may in fact have been real. Though come to think of it, she was rather suspicious whether she was intentionally over the top or not. She could see anyone jumping the gun and calling her out. Though to be on the safe side, maybe she should just calm down and play it safe for the time being. Perhaps she could fluff Red’s ego a bit and get something fun or intriguing. “I’m glad you are here to protect us from what happened earlier. That is why you are here yeah?” she said with a grin. If she really was just a wild ninja that wanted to help, then maybe she could do what she wanted to do, and maybe that would turn out alright. Nonetheless, she would remain neutral on how suspicious she really was or not.

Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission)   Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) EmptyTue Nov 05, 2013 2:59 am

Kahn watched Scarlet "gracefully" fall on her face, perhaps this girl was not impressive as anyone thought. However, the young woman continued on with her act as though nothing happened. Upon closer examination, he noticed that her eye was almost glazed over....like she was not all there. Was she hypnotized? That might explain why she failed that trick she just performed. However, then she began to explain how a person she smiled as Smiling Man-sensei gave her the purpose of leading all the children here to the world known as "Bliss". Or at least that is what she called it, Kahn was not so sure. The only other world he know of was "Limbo"....perhaps they were the same thing? If so....this girl has a really twisted sense of what Limbo was...then again....who says that she was all there right now.

The red haired young man silently listened, but looked up when he heard "Wendy's-kun". Well that was a nickname he had not heard before, and it got his attention. It made Lorielle laugh, he had a feeling that she would not let him live that one down. However, his attention drifted back to the girl once she cut the desk in two with her blades. Well she was armed, and possibly crazy....that was not a very good combination. However, the new teacher from before seemed to be getting in touch with Yui. That meant that Kahn would have very little time to get as much as he could out of this individual. He heard Lorielle ask why she was here, and was obviously hinting at the principal's murder. Kahn however had two other questions.

"That was a rather vague description of "Bliss". Care to go into more detail, and inform us how one arrives at this "Bliss" place? Furthermore, who is Smiling Man-sensei and why should any of us listen to him?" Kahn would inquire, perhaps he could get some information in regards to the identity of her sensei or purpose of this "Bliss" place. Maybe even the actual name of bliss. Wendy's-kun would listen very carefully to whatever Scarlet had to say next....it could be very important.

PostSubject: Re: Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission)   Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) EmptyTue Nov 05, 2013 7:38 pm

As the older man made his way to the phone, the ninja dressed female would beam her blade dead center into the dial pad itself, cutting the wires within it and cutting off his connection from dialing anyone of importance. Her golden eyes seemed to deepen as her happy go lucky manner was replaced by malicious intent for several seconds. This intent, however, subsided as she gave a smile beneath her mask. "Sir, it's rather rude to talk on the phone when I'm trying to inform you of such better things. How do you suspect Scarlet Red to be a Hero if the civilians ignore her? That's mean. You're mean." The sword resonated as it stuck out of the base of the phone, almost as if it were being controlled by some sort of supernatural force. Whatever the case, the Ninja bowed her head and looked at the girl speaking to her again. "Protect you from what happened earlier?" She was confused about the comment, taking her attention from the comment about Bliss before it. Her attention went back to Bliss when Wendy's-kun asked again, and the masked female wagged a finger. "Smiling-sama can bring you there. He's really nice! He'll help Wendy's-kun escape from anything that's troubling him in this fake world we call "reality". He helped me, he can help you too! Want me to take you to him?"

Jin's expression darkened as he saw the wall phone he was using was deposed of by this girl's blade. It was so close to piercing him. She was getting very suspicious and dangerous at this point if she wasn't to utterly begin with. Those blades versus his fists... he might be able to take her. That is until he noticed something quite unbelievable to have happened. As if she had the force of gravity under her control, the blade unsheathed itself from the phone to return back into her hand.

Threads?

He couldn't see any tell-tale signs of it anywhere in the room as his pupils raced across the periphery. On top of it, the way how it returned back to its owner didn't seem all probable that she used threads. In fact, it is like she used magic of some sort. That is when he remembered the conversation with Cain back in the library. Perhaps whatever he was searching for is connected to this?

"They're not going anywhere," Jin broke into their conversation with arms crossed in a relaxed manner, "What makes you think you're trustworthy? You say you're a hero? You display behavior that seems quite unfitting for it. I mean, you almost did hit me, a civilian, with your blade and damaged school property. Miss Scarlet, it just seems like you just want to surround yourself with attention."

Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission)   Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) EmptyFri Nov 08, 2013 10:52 pm

When Zong Wu reached for the phone, Lorielle’s eyes would widen a bit for a few seconds when she stabbed it with her blade. ‘Lovely. So those are real, if there was ever any doubt…’ she thought. This woman was more dangerous than she thought, and given her outfit and style, there was certainly something off about her. She could not tell why she was getting this odd feeling about the sword stuck in the phone, but it seemed like there was something unconventional about it. What it was, she did not know. Scarlet seemed confused by Lorielle’s words. Like maybe she was not trying to protect them from that, or she had something else on her mind. Zong Wu the teacher seemed fairly calm when speaking to her, which was something to be impressed with. Lorielle herself was shaking slightly and tensed up looking at the woman. What was with her? And what was with this Bliss?

“Where is this “Bliss” specifically? Sounds like a neat place. Would not mind seeing it,” she said, regaining her composure as quickly as she could. Maybe this was an actual place and Lorielle could get something out of her. Is this woman a criminal and this is their hideout? Is this just her secret area? There really was no way to tell. But she was suggesting that Kahn join her. If Kahn was going, then she might as well, in case she was just a liar. On the other hand, she doubted Kahn was stupid, and probably knew this was not the best way to go. So maybe just asking her questions would do. Maybe if she knew where it was it may be something for the future if she needed it. This is of course, assuming that everything she says is just not insanity. But Lori did not know yet. Who knows what this woman was thinking or what she meant by "Bliss".

Kahn was rather surprised to see the woman stab the phone that the teacher was just going to use. The blade seemed a bit special, but for a reason that Kahn could not fully explain. Granted, his knowledge of recent supernatural events and what Noctis had told him could only offer speculation. Granted, something else that was interesting was her personality change, it was rather sudden, but the moment she was talking to Lorielle, Scarlet was back to her happy go lucky self. A personality disorder perhaps? Nothing was off the table at this point in Kahn's mind, but something even more interesting was how she did not know what happened earlier.

'The big question is, is she playing dumb or does she really not know what happened earlier? If the former than she is the prime suspect, if the latter then she maybe a link to the real culprit. Kahn looked back up when Scarlet began to answer a question wagging a finger. What did she think he was some little kid? However, she told him that she could take him to "Smiling-Sama"....that would mean answers, but there is no way he could know if that was a one way trip. Kahn put a finger under his chin and looked as though he was considering her offer. After a few moments he would shake his head, "Sorry, but I don't think I need saving right now. Actually, I tend to be the one doing the saving, but if I change my mind. Is there a way I can get in contact with you? I just need a bit more time to think on this." "Wendy's-Kun" would inquire.

Afterwards, he would ask another question, "Actually, has "Smiling-Sama" had business here recently? In this fake world that is called "reality" by some? After all, I'm sure he would share some of his plans with a faithful fan like yourself." This was Kahn testing to see if there was a link between the Principal's murder, and this "Smiling-Sama". Depending on what Scarlet said, Kahn may have figured out who killed the principal, or just what this individual was up to. Granted, the red haired young man was not expecting much from Scarlet, but any bit of information would help.

Scarlet Red burst into laughter at the "teacher's" claim of her not being a Hero. "Surely you're mistaken. If you were a civilian, then you wouldn't have been trying to contact those evil cops wandering through the school right now. Don't you see I'm the only hero Ueitawa needs?! I'm its silent protector! It's scarlet knight!" The blade that cut into the phone would disappear in a red mist and reappear back in her hand. Spinning both weapons in her hands, she would then sheath them in the scabbards she held on her backside. "Anyway you can't control what these children do. If they want to escape this hell of a reality to live in a world of their choosing, it's up to them, not you. So Meh!" The self proclaimed heroine placed a hand on her hip and looked at the blonde girl. "Wanna know what bliss is huh? I'll show you. All you have to do is come with me. It's totally worth the trip." Once again her attention bounced across the room to Wendy's. "Get in contact with me? Sorry but us heroes don't have easy ways of being contacted. This is your only chance. Don't be a coward! Stand up for your right to be happy, Wendy's-kun!" Man was he noisy, he was already asking another question. She shrugged her shoulders nonchalantly and decided to give an half ass answer. "Ask him yourself. Mr. S will treat you nice if you meet him."

At this time the doorway would slide open to reveal the aqua haired detective accompanied by a single officer. When she did open the door, she was not expecting the scene infront of her. A strangely dressed individual speaking amongst a class of students? "What's going on in here? Who are you?" Scarlet Red looked at the woman and then towards the window. In a single action, she bolt towards the glass and began to glow a green hue. She'd suddenly shoot through the glass and through the sky like a bird. "If you're interested in meeting Smiling-sama, come to the place where the clowns meet!" With those fading words, she was gone through the sky with the wind at her sails. The Detective ran to the broken window and looked up at the sky, not believing what she had just seen. Was that the culprit to the principal's murder? Look towards the class, she began to stroke her chin. "Can someone tell me who that was?"

Two Witnesses (Continuation of Mission) Empty

Jin snorted at her convoluted reply. This was her view of what a civilian is? This only made it clear that she was some kid who is really bored out of her mind and had nothing to do. Not forgetting to add that she may have some serious personality defects if she was willing to hurt someone with such dangerous weapons.

"So that's your definition of a civilian? The meek sheep who is willing to wait for some "hero" like you? Sorry that we all don't fit your definition, girl. You may want to call yourself the Pink Knight instead with that get up, too."

But she did have a point about what the children wanted to choose. However, as a teacher, he wasn't just going to let this happen under his watch. With a deep sigh, Jin started to roll up his sleeves. This was probably going to get really dirty and gritty. The key to this is that he had to figure out how that girl was able to do such magical abilities unheard of in today's modern society.

It's funny. Seems like he is walking back to the battlefield again with just the two bare fists he had honed over the years. However, this was cut short as the detective and co. finally arrived to the scene. Which immediately led to the mysterious girl to leave the premises... on air. Who was she? He would have to confront that Cain boy later.

"Your guess is as good as mine, Detective," Jin answered rather nonchalantly, "But at least no one got hurt... Except for the phone and desk."

He eyed the damaged objects with a "pointed" gaze. That second year teacher wasn't going to be happy.
