Sitting down in the park, Tommy was reading a book that he found in the bookstore a few days ago. The music that was playing in the park was the soothing sounds of a clarinet, seemingly being played by a student of some kind for their practice. Either way, it was some nice background music for the citizens who frequented the classical districts park. There were times that Tommy spent his personal time doing what he wanted, and even something like that came off as a rarity for him.
