Description: The ultimate spell for a Velvet Attendant. Opening the pages of their Persona Compendium, it will emit a bright light into the sky above the battlefield. The light will fall and explode once hitting the ground, causing Tier 3 Almighty Damage to all opponents.

Alright my dear, two things.

1. No umbral skill? You can start with one if you like. We notice a lack of one on Helena's weapon too. If you do not wish for one, then this is fine.

2. Soul Skill: First, it would be a buff and not recovery. Recovery is healing. Two: Since this a Tier 1 ability I will have to ask you to choose either attack or defense to be raised by 15%. This level doesn't allow both.

edit made to the Soul skill, it can target any 1 person now, and gives only a defense buff.
