Persona Background: Jinguu-Tenno was a Japanese empress who expanded the land under the pretense of revenge and fighting the rebels, she now dons the garbs of one who upholds the law and will not stand to see chaos ravage the streets of her city. Special Ability Name: Blind Law: Tier 3 Burst
Description: A Persona of twin nature, not fully categorizable as an Order or Chaos Plug, Jinguu’s own power of the Blind Law manifests as her Special Ability, combined with the Tier 3 Fusion Attack.
A special attack unique to you when wielding this Order Persona Plug. When using this, your Order Persona Plug’s limiters are unleashed, gifting you with the capability of performing a powerful attack. The attack does Tier 3 amount of damage. Before using this attack, doubles user’s stats except HP, SP, PEnd and MEnd for 3 turns, but reduces their PEnd and MEnd by a flat 50% permanently until the Plug is recalibrated (for example, using a Module Terminal). This flat reduction can stack infinitely.
This Special Ability has a cooldown of 7 turns.
