Persona Background: Black Shuck, Old Shuck, Old Shock or simply Shuck is the name given to an East Anglian ghostly black dog which is said to roam the coastline and countryside of East Anglia, one of many ghostly black dogs recorded in folklore across the British Isles. Accounts of Black Shuck form part of the folklore of Norfolk, Suffolk, the Cambridgeshire fens and Essex, and descriptions of the creature's appearance and nature vary considerably; it is sometimes recorded as an omen of death, but, in other instances, is described as companionable.

Description: When overlaying your existence with that of the Shadow Self Plug, you can activate a powerful mode called Shadow Frenzy. Shadows are entities from beyond the Anti-Space, deteriorated forms of Demons, and you can draw this connection to the Anti-Space to temporarily enhance your Potential, effectively entering a frenzied state. In this state, you can link up to 3 skills together in one attack, so long as they’re of the same tier. This state lasts for 3 turns, after which your energy output decreases, your Potential temporarily drained. After using Shadow Frenzy, any skills you use will have their effectiveness halved (applies to all skills, even debuffs, heals, etc) for the following 5 turns. You can only use Shadow Frenzy once per battle. Switching Plugs ends Shadow Frenzy prematurely.
