The students of Kizuna Academy would be brought into the large auditorium class by class, sitting the first years towards the front and the third years towards the back They were all facing the stage above and almost immediately there would be a wave of chattering amongst the teens. Many wondered what this assembly was about. The last one was to address the attack on the school, carried out by the delinquent Kogami and his troubled gang affiliated allies. Not only did he trash a small portion of the school, but he jumped out a window and escaped the scene of the crime aswell. The police were surely after him. Was this meeting a follow up to that incident? The whispers continued amongst the crowd before a lone figure began to make their way up towards the stage. It was none other than the school Principal, who was rarely seen, making his way behind the podium to address the children of his Academy. Looking amongst the crowd he saw a number of empty seats, causing him to clear his throat and give a stern glare towards his student body.
"I am sure you all are well aware that a number of your fellow students have not been coming to school lately. I am not here to mince words and say it does not have anything to do with the current disappearances occurring here in Ueitawa." The students began to fall silent as if their attention was now solely on the older gentleman. "Last week Anya Satoshi had gone missing. Thankfully she has returned home, and the school had a breath of fresh air. She was accused of being involved with the disappearances until being targeted herself, and we only hope she forgives us for jumping to conclusions. Even with her returned and in the hospital, more of our students have recently gone missing. I received an report today that the school dorm had been partially destroyed and a number of students had gone missing from the time tables of 11:00 pm - 12:00 am. There is an all out search for these missing students, so if you know anything please tell your teacher immediately. We can not let these disappearances cause us to falter!" The man raised his voice. "It will now be mandatory to be with someone else at all times. When walking home from school or to school, you will have a partner. This is for your safety until whoever is behind these strange disappearances are caught. Any suspicious individuals will be reported to the police. If you have any questions, feel free to find me in my office. I will be on school grounds every day until this conflict is resolved."
The Older man would suddenly take a turn and leave the stage in his usual stride. Both the students and the teachers watched his silence while he left. The moment he was out of view, the whispers began again. "Are you serious? A partner system? This is the perfect chance to get partnered with a girl! Right, Kiryu?!" "...Shut up." The third year teacher Aburai would scratch the back of his head while giving a nervous laughter. "Things are getting serious around here, huh? Maybe moving out of Ueitawa will be safer." The first year and second year teachers hit the back of his head at the same time, as if telling him to be a shining example for his students. The young man would clear his throat and place his hands in his pockets. "Right, Right. The kids come first.. A few of my students were in that mass that went missing. I'd be dishonoring them by running away, huh?" The classes would begin to exit the gym one by one, the same way they entered.
Nola crossed her arms over her chest while closing her eyes. Yui walked beside her and gave a stern glare before shaking his head. "Everything will be fine. Don't let these disappearances distract you from your work. That motherly attitude you have will do no good here." The blone woman sighed and nodded before following Yui and Aburai out of the gym; being the last ones to leave.
