There was a lull in the busy streets of Suzie Q. For all of the media figures displayed on the giant television screens embedded in the buildings, everyone swept past the dancing and speaking figures behind the screens without much care. Now as the morning rush hour waned, the bustle of activity ebbed almost as part of a clockwork system. True, people were pretty scarce around these parts now as the mass majority were still in the middle of a basic maneuver of going from Point A to B. But there appeared a couple of people lounging around, just sticking around in their free time...

All right it was finally time to get his hands dirty in a very indirect way. Frog made his way to Suzie Q that morning to investigate what Bee had reminded him of yesterday. Brit may have come with him as well here. Either way, he knew just how to try and pry some info out of these people-after all, he had visited the Reporter at numerous (read literally only met her twice) opportunities so he totally knew his reporting and journalism. He had it pinned down, of course, as how could he not?

Trotting through the masses of people at the Q, he first got a good look at the people who were staying and those who were moving. He couldn't really quite go after any of the moving targets, but the ones lounging about were a different story. He had to weigh his options carefully. The two gentlemen, if one could even call them so, didn't seem out of the ordinary in Q. One could've been a manager or something while the other could've been an edgelord idol superstar. Speaking of edgelord idol superstars, exhibit C was exactly that. The idol's eyes were probably just contacts, even if they had him thinking it could be the work of paranormal phenomena as well. However, probably not, and he didn't wanna be seen anywhere near trainwrecks such as this. He'd pass.

The final option was the most alluring; not only did this girl seem more on his level of conversation, her very presence in Q was odd. Wasn't Q like this hip place to be, so what was a nerdy girl doing there? School journalism or something darker? Ohoho, he'd very well try and see.

"Hi there." He approached the girl with a smile. Doing so would've been difficult for him otherwise, but he'd learned how to act better in such situations and how to do less savoury things as well. Placing a hand on the hilt of the small notebook in his pocket-a prop he brought with himself to better pretend he was actually working under the Reporter-he continued. "My name's Roger and I've been looking into what young people of all interests such as yourself think about the latest news and rumours on the Psyche Terrorists and the such for a friend over at SMILE. Can't say who exactly but I'm their contact~" He winked at the girl, pulling the notebook and a pen out. "Say, have you, by any chance, heard of any interesting rumours about demons and such scary things around here? Maybe heard something at school?"

Darn, well that sucked. Banking on her out-of-placedness actually ended up being a total flop, to probably no one's surprise aside from Frog's. Or well Roger's, as he presented himself to her. Now he had to choose who else to try and talk to, all while the anxiety of these people moving on with their lives before he could reach them and talk to them grew ever stronger, even more so than his social anxiety of talking to complete utter suspicious strangers.

"Hi there, are those contacts? Pretty solid." He approached the idol girl he really didn't want to talk to, but she seemed as the best bet he could get. Hey maybe her eyes were actually of that supernatural power and she was a demor or Terrorist or something. "Name's Roger and I'm gathering info for a friend over at SMILE. Been wondering what it's like around these parts lately? You're an idol? You do look like one, so has anything changed? Any talk about demons?"

The girl seemed relatively wary of Frog at first. It really wasn't every day you got someone to get into your face asking questions, especially if it was something about what was going on in the district. But that precaution slowly melted away with the name 'SMILE' uttered from his lips. Of course, journalists. Always being such a busy bee anywhere their nose didn't need sniffing, well at least one of them was like that. The rest were just mindless drones for the Government if that Platinum Playhouse dude on television was to be believed. She thrust out a hand and demanded to the Psyche-Terrorist.

"H-" Frog backed off slightly when she asked him for money. He certainly wasn't expecting it nor did he know what exactly to do in such a situation. W-was she just gonna run off with his money or something? She did look like she had the info (a whole bunch of info, honestly), so it'd be a shame to let this opportunity go to waste...

He had to do it.

He fixed his collar and smiled, slowly pushing his hand into his pocket to pull out a wallet and the money from it. "Right right, can't expect a fine lady to be talkative if she's not in the mood. Hope this makes your day better~" He sweetened his words up a bit, pulling 2k out and handing it to her outstretched hands.

The flush on her cheeks was barely noticeable, but it didn't cause her to fluster at Frog. She counted the currency in her hand given by Frog. When satisfied, the girl jammed it into her pocket. It looked like she wanted to say more, but glancing at the digital clock at one of the giant televisions in the buildings, it looked like her time was up. "Hate to break it to you, hot stuff. It looks like I gotta vamoose. If anything, stick around tonight. Heard something's going on, something about the two and a third party wanting to get in with the fun. Might be your cue... If you're feeling brave. Ciao~"
