Appearance:
Yanagi is a young lady of average height and weight for her age. She dyes her mid-back length hair a shade of purple. Yanagi tries to take care of it, but even she can't keep it under control with how much she has. Her eyes are a dark shade of blue, almost purple in color. She commonly has dark rings under her eyes from staying up late reading. From staying inside so much she has rather pale and soft skin. Her typical outfit when not in her school uniform is a mix of dark colors. Sometimes a dark dress, sometimes dark jeans and a sweater, even rarely in the summer dark shorts and t-shirts. Yanagi does take extra care with her hands, working with them so much she often has bandages or scratches on them.

Yanagi's mask is a dark purple half face mask with an elongated nose. On the nose, there is a small bump to resemble a wart. She also gains a lighter purple witch hat with a curved top. Her outfit shifts to a long black dress with a purple poncho and white skulls stitched into it. Under the dress, she has a dark bodysuit that stretches all the wall from her neck to her ankles. Straight out of the Wizard of Oz she has shoes like the Wicked Witch, though Yanagi isn't used to the slight heels.

Personality:
Yanagi is a very anxious person. She worries about school, keeping up with work, trying to make her own creations high quality, and whatever events are on the news at the time. Being high strung isn't the only thing going on in her head though. While working on something that doesn't require her full attention or in a rare moment of free time her mind wanders. Daydreaming or normal dreaming usually have some fantastical elements to them where she can live a carefree life. When it comes to solving problems the creative nature takes a backburner to whatever the most efficient solution is in Yanagi's mind.

As much of a worry wort that she is, Yanagi enjoys having things to do and keep herself busy. Her anxiousness does also lead to her being frightened quite easily despite her gothic looks. She enjoys the aesthetic, but not the content of darker works. Yanagi is actually quite positive in her outlook on things even as she worries away, normally thinking the best of people until there isn't a shadow of a doubt she shouldn't.

Weapon Name: Dark Wood Spear
Weapon Description: A 2 meter (7 ft) handle with a 45 centimeter (18 in) blade. The handle is made of a black wood with a small guard that doesn't offer much protection made of lighter ironwood. The blade itself is a light metal that cuts down on the weight. The edges of the blade aren't really sharp, the majority of the cutting edge being on the tip.

Side-Arm Description: A dull yellow construction tool. The nails are stored in the drum and the trigger can be held down for continius fire. While it looks battered, it works perfectly fine. It is even light enough to be carried with one hand without issue.

The Background

History:
Born to a loving mother and father, Yanagi was brought into the world of clothing. Her mom worked as a tailor while her dad managed the money and helped out with the business side of things more. Her father gave her a love of poetry by letting her into his study to read whenever she was afraid during storms. Something she still does.

Yanagi didn't make too many friends growing up even while she did well enough in classes. Most of her time was spent doing things on her own like reading or drawing. When at home she'd get her mom to teach her to sew. As time went on Yanagi found herself on her own more and more, but she was doing the same thing she always did. Other people just stopped being around her as much, making it harder for her to feel like she wasn't alone.

But that didn't bother Yanagi. What did bother her was her parents. As a young child, she loved them and liked spending time at home. Getting into her teens, the home was feeling more like a prison. Like her whole life would be spent fixing and making clothing. Even going outside to try and get fresh and inspiration didn't feel as refreshing as it did when she was younger. Though the young woman wasn't sure why she felt like she needed to do something different. To experience new things to keep her inspiration flowing. Or else the quality of what she was making would drop and she'd disappoint anyone that saw it.

I know you were planning on making changes and please ping us in the Discord when you're done but I wanted to grade what was here while it was here and presentable.

The entire thing looks fine but I have one thing of note:

For your Practice Makes Perfect Strength this won't actually come into play in situations like lock-picking but can affect things in a PvP setting, at which point you wouldn't need a % increase but can have one if you want. I wanted to make it known that for lockpicking especially it's a QAS event, like a mini-game on the forum, and will take however many posts it takes you to get it done so it will have no hard mechanical numerical benefit.
