Appearance: Shannon has a habit of changing her look on a whim, but does have a default look. She will always be about 5’ 11” and thin regardless of the disguise she takes on. It has shoulder length purple hair and red eyes lying behind glasses. Her skin is a little pale and will never darken because it is synthetic flesh.
Personality: Shannon has a very blank personality, because she was made to take on different ones to suit her role as a spy; this lead to a bug where she has a hard time expressing emotions or understanding anything human that was not previously in her data banks. Because she was told to join the school and learn to act human though she is always willing to help people and can be easily swayed to assisting anyone with just about anything. Her loyalty is absolute, however. This means that once she decides to help someone do something or join them she will never turn her back on them.

—Description: Shannon was purposefully made to be androgynous so that she could take on a variety of looks and roles without being too noticeable. It’s actually become a hobby for her to arbitrarily change her look from time to time. She usually sticks to two distinct looks though. She can also change her voice’s pitch and frequency. She cannot do this arbitrarily though. She must take the time to program in her different voices, as well as perfect them to sound real.

—Description: Since she lives alone, Shannon had to learn to do all of her minor repairs, upgrades, and basic maintenance all by herself. When it comes to major damage, she may or may not be able to fix herself depending on what has been damaged and how severe the damage is.

—Description: Because Shannon was invented to be a robotic spy with more strength than humans, she is capable of much more strength and power orientated skills.

—Description: Shannon was never very good at tasks that required a large amount of dexterity or coordination. Because of this, she is infamous for dropping objects and messing up on more detail orientated tasks. The only exception being her own maintenance.

—Description: She is very slow at understanding why certain things happen or why certain things need to be done. She will eventually get it, and once she understands she won’t forget, but it may take her up to three times longer than the average person to comprehend what is going on.

The Background

History:Project Conch was a barely funded research project to make a robot spy so that humans wouldn’t get in harm’s way. It took a few years to get a working prototype that looked and sounded human enough to pass for real. This prototype was given the name Shannon, so as to make it seem more human like. Though it was programmed with some understanding of humans, it was evident that the unit could not pass for one. It didn’t have enough of a developed personality to appear human. Even after trying to correct the problem, the creators of Project Conch couldn’t fix it. That is when it was decided that Shannon should go out and live with humans so that she can form a personality by being around them. Her creators left her to attend Kizuna Academy, since she appears to be 16 years old.
