What does the item do?: The first time per fight that Nadia is successfully hit with an instant-kill skill, she instead loses 30% of her remaining HP (as opposed to dying outright).

In PvP, the first Instant Kill skill that would work on her does not give her an IK counter.

Yeah in PvP, instead of immediate instant-kill, it's counters until you're finally insta-killed. So you can still change that if you wish.
