Standing at five feet tall (1.5 metres for those who prefer it) Jasmine possess a petite body long slender legs and a well toned figure. With blue eyes, a fairly well developed chest and long green hair, Jasmine has a certain “supermodel” aesthetic or so she likes to claim.

The clothing she wears while modern and stylish is deliberately picked to show off her best features. She wears mini-skirts, asymmetric black and white jackets and leggings all designed to accentuate her features. While she does change outfits with the seasons out of pragmatism there is always a few elements that stays the same: namely the jewelry she wears.

Golden armour, a venetian mask and just bling everywhere. Like so much bling. Just a blindingly huge amount of bling. That is what Jasmine’s alternative form primarily consist of. There is elements of Jasmine’s alternative design that are supposed to evoke a Scorpion namely the spikes on the shoulder but more importantly, the diadem on her head extends into a golden tassel ending in a scorpion's stinger.

The Potential

Strengths:

—Strength Name: My will be done!
—Description: Jasmine can control the movement and levitation of her weapon telepathically. As for how Jasmine controls her weapon it is merely done via imagination. If she can imagine her weapon inside a specific environment (part of why line of sight is an important aspect for the weapon’s effective usage as the weapon provides zero sensory feedback) then she can effectively control it relatively freely inside that area.

—Strength Name: The king speaks!
—Description: Another aspect of how she controls her weapon is that Jasmine's telepathy allows her to shape it into pretty much any shape she imagines. However, the line of sight restriction applies as does her inability to form it into complex shapes. She can not form anything more complex than spikes, spears or swords. Things like guns, complex mechanical devices and vehicles (cars and what not basically) are out.

—Strength Name: Tight purse strings
—Description: Due to her own relatively poor financial circumstances, at least when compared to her childhood, Jasmine has learned to converse her funds very well and always manage to squeeze a few discounts out of people here and there. As such any and all VC expenditures are reduced by 10%.

—Strength Name: Hidden weapon.
—Description: Jasmine is able to, somehow, store the entirety of her soul bound inside a metal canister, it’s roughly the size of a thermos, without it being impossibly heavy to carry. In fact, it weighs roughly the same as a bottle of water and even sloshes where you to shake it around.

—Strength Name: Highbrow education
—Description: Jasmine has had an immensely good education growing up and as such starts at one level higher in her intelligence stat than she normally would.

Weaknesses:

—Weakness Name: Weight of the throne.
—Description: While yes, Jasmine can control her soulbound via thought, something that takes a great deal of concentration and practice to do, there are limits to the control. Her weapon is not in any way autonomous (apart from naturally forming into a cube while idle) and always requires mental orders from Jasmine to function. This means if she was caught off guard or unaware of an incoming attack her soul bound would not magically rush to her defense. Essentially, if an attack is too fast for her to react to in time then there is no way her weapon will ever be able to respond.

—Weakness Name: All the light touches.
—Description:One weakness of how she manipulates her weapon is that Jasmine's telepathic control has a limited range. If the cube exceeds a distance of seven feet, two point one metres, away from Jasmine it immediately deactivates and lands on the ground as a glorified paper weight. Finally, Jasmine can't physically lift her unless it is inside the aforementioned thermos and she can only control the majority of the weapon's mass at a time. Like if it was separated into two blobs of 60% and 40% she could only control the 60% until it physically merged with the missing 40%

—Weakness Name: What do you mean I was undercut?
—Description: While Jasmine is very good at getting discounts out of people she, sadly, knows very little about the value of things and economics in general. Because of this anything sold by her is worth 10% less be it shards, demon masks, ammo, items, consumable whatever. So long as she’s selling it to a store she would get 10% less.

—Weakness Name: Concealed weapon.
—Description: While Jasmine’s weapon is inside the thermos used to carry it she has no control over it. She has to physically unscrew, or otherwise create an opening the thermos for the liquid metal to function as her soul bound. This also means it’s honestly relatively easy to prevent her from using or accessing her soul bound if you can get the thermos away from her before she opens it.

—Strength Name: High society
—Description: Sadly due to her own high society lifestyle while growing up and the general detachment she had from those standing on lower rungs of the societal ladder she can genuinely struggle to understand them. As such she has to go through the first level of her understanding stat twice before she gains any improvement.

Shadow/Demon Weapon:

Weapon Name: Ruler’s Will
Weapon Description: Ruler’s Will is a large volume of liquid metal grey in colouration. It normally adopts the form of a cube two cubic square feet wide, two cubic square feet high and two square cubic feet deep or zero point six metres for the metric fans. The cube weighs exactly one hundred pounds; the disparity between mass and weight is down to the supernatural aspects of the metal. As for the dimensions the metal can morph into, as per Jasmine’s strengths, it can never exceed a length of four feet (0.11 cubic metres) or a width of three (0.08 cubic metres) while having to sacrifice mass in other dimensions to achieve that.

Now, as per Jasmine’s strength Ruler’s Will can change its shape and form however, it is unable to form any complex shapes or mechanically advanced devices. Swords, bows, guns and axes are all out of the picture. Despite that it is able to form into spikes, sheets of metal and spheres but any mass that detaches from the majority of the cube/sphere/object/whatever can not be manipulated telepathically until it recombines with the majority of the mass.

Side-Arm Name: King Maker
Side-Arm Description: King Maker is pretty much what you’d expect from a revolver. Six chamber that rotate, a wooden handle, metal barrel, a trigger and a hammer are the primary components that make the weapon up. It’s a gun, you pull the trigger, bullets come out and things diei...hopefully.

Interesting stuff! I like it, there's just a wrinkle we'll need to go over.

For My Will Be Done! having control over your weapon's shape and the ability to control its movement via telepathy is a bit too strong. You'll need to split it into 2 Strengths, but you can still have it. Weight of the Throne does balance well with what it can do but having all that in one Strength is a bit much.

The Strengths are good now but re-reading them I came across something I missed the first time.

You CANNOT have a Demon Weapon that weighs 4000 lbs. Unlike Soulbounds Demon Weapons are more physical objects, and while you're still doing Soul damage you're still swinging with 4000 lbs of force x whatever speed you're swinging it at. There is absolutely no way anyone can have this. Max you can have it is 100lbs.
