Feral Creatures [Playhouse Dungeon Dash]

Nadia stood and shook out her aching limbs. That fight was a hard one, to be sure. Dusting herself off, she looked back at her comrades, looked over Shotaro and Unison, the veterans like Cecil - no, older than Cecil. Their power was amazing. "You guys are amazing." She favored them with a smile, before hurrying down the short dead end to where the Demon's stash was hiding.

action:

As the demon went up in smoke, Akuma fell to his knees-- not out of health but out of exhaustion as they had defeated the last demon. He was so relieved that it was done and just in time as he could see sunlight start to pour in this odd dimensional dungeon. "Man this was a rush... Damn... " he sighed as he felt his own power wane. This was more than he thought. But he didn't complain.

Hering Gale's comment, Dante turned and smiled to them. "Thanks, I aim to impress," he commented with a smug grin.

Nightingale favored Dante with a wry expression as she walked back to join the group, handing out what she had gained. But the night was wearing on, and they were all of them exhausted, maybe it was time to call it quits.

"I think, maybe, that's enough adventure for one night, don't you guys think? We made some headway, and I think we've grown pretty well as a team. Next time, maybe we can split up to cover more ground."

And with that, they made their way towards the exit. She sidled up next to Revenant, who had been quiet and stoic for most of the adventure. "Well...how'd I do?"

Yuri fidgeted his hands anxiously. He had witnessed a type of person he never had before: Someone irrefutably more powerful than him. Not just the demon, but the Platinum Playhouse members as well. He had only just awoken to his power the other night, so it should be expected he would be relatively weak, though that caused him a great deal of discontent. He let out his breath and attempted to calm himself before turning to Dante. "Thank you for assisting me. This is about what you used, isn't it?" He held out a small bundle of medical supplies.

In response to Nightingale, he answered "Very well." The night was over, and he needed rest. This was horrible for his body, staying up late, though he did not regret spending it how he did. He took his share of the items they had obtained as he followed everyone alongside back to the entrance.

Action:

And then, it was over. Finally. She'd breath a sigh of relief as they moved grab the last of their spoils. "Great work team. And a thank you to you two in particular." Her latter words being addressed to the senior members that had entered during the endgame of that fight. "Had you two not intervened, I feared we could have suffered casualties." The blonde spoke, with an acknowledging nod.

That said, her attention turned to Nightingale. "Agreed. The enemies seem to only be growing stronger, and that last battle was very close to turning bad. Best to leave with what we have, and consider another operation like this for another night when everyone has regained their strength."

Veritas would offer the group a salute once they'd reached where they started, before breaking off from the group to go her own way.

Action::

Unison watched the new people talk and exchange information, or at least shards, and she took note on how they talked to each other, Nightingale this whole time had been favoring one of the other members heavily, it was rather easy to see and she had taken note of it clenching her hand tightly as she muttered to herself "Not the time for that" so quietly it could barely be heard, and it wasn't in the same voice Unison often used.

Dante had overconfidence issues, Ribbon had confidence issues, Zappa was critical to the group and shared it without thought of how the words could affect others, they all had issues that Unison had seen in the previous group, and honestly she was expecting another split, just like the previous group, especially with two putting more emphasis into each other then the team, just like Guardian and the Prince, Communication was also an issue and it how they lost other members at the time as well, but she stayed silent as always, she was probably the youngest here, she was obviously the shortest, and she had to wonder if anyone here was foolish enough to judge by the appearance of a persona?

In the end she looked to Shotaro "We should go, rest will be needed" she said to him as she watched the group carefully for a bit longer before turning to leave.

action:

Zappa looked at the group as they seemed to split off, her armor was heavily damaged from taking the attacks she had, and not to mention covering her allies a few times, but it seemed they were all fairly okay, Though Zappa would spark now and again from the heavily damaged armor "Mission complete...Leaving Operation Area..." she said mostly to herself as the others didn't seem much interested in talking to her.

action:

It seemed everyone was leaving. Isabella had already gone, Yuri (he hadn't seriously used his real name, had he?9 had departed after handing Dante medicine, and he was starting to catch onto the gaze of Unison.
...it hadn't been the first time this had happened. He didn't handle things the best in their last meetings, and he didn't know if her behaviour was due to that or something else.
Either way, it wasn't the sort of attention he wanted, he felt.

He quietly sighed with relief as Nightingale stepped up next to him, glad for the distraction. "You did well, that lack of caution earlier aside. You may need to take a moment to caution in future, but otherwise...I am happy to see you're capable. You seem to be making progress already."

Action:

"Ah...I know... great work today everyone. "

As Gabe left, he took the beast and seductive shards with him.
