"I guess I'll see you in a few then!" Naomi then hung up the phone, spending a moment trying to process the amazing phone call that had just occured. This was a HUGE opportunity. Her little, humble buissness was going to get some much needed publicity in the SMILE Newspaper! The little seamstress was ecstatic, and rightfully so. She could not screw this interview up, as an opportunity like this would probably never present itself like this ever again.

Naomi dropped her cellphone on the bed, before hurrying into the bathroom, taking a quick shower. She had to look presentable, and smell nice too. As she stood there, soaking in the hot water, the little girl could barely contain her excitement. This was soooo cool! Once she felt fresh and nice, Naomi left the bathroom and got dressed, wearing a beige cardigan with black buttons which she had knitted herself, under which she wore a white t-shirt. She accompanied this with a pair of black trousers and on her feet she wore black and white-striped socks. As a finishing touch, she tied up her hair in a neat ponytail, keeping it together with a black ribbon. She looked herself in the mirror for a while, rotating around a little bit to make sure that nothing looked less than perfect. Once she was fully dressed, she returned to the bathroom to apply the make-up. Nothing super fancy. Just a little bit of mascara, eyeliner and the tiniest bit of lipstick on her lips.

Happy with the result, Naomi looked herself in the mirror one final time, smiling brightly before walking downstairs, and started working. Might as well look a little busy by the time the reporter showed up. And it was about now that Naomi started feeling just a little bit nervous. She had never done this before. As time passed, she shot a few nervous glances between the clock and the door as she worked on knitting a scarf for a friend of hers.

"I'll see you then, yes."The blonde answered in a professional tone, waiting for the phone to give the tone that the person had hung up, before her eyes shot an irritated glare at the screen of her laptop. There was an email open on it, and a reply written, but not yet sent, below it. "You just love to find ways to screw with me, don't you?" She spoke, irritation seeping into her voice, before letting out a sigh.

She didn't know a thing about cosplay, and Mrs. Marshall insisted she'd make a story on this. "But you've done articles about fashion before, how is this any different?" The irritate blonde parroted the justification she'd gotten over the phone. Oh well, no use complaining. Either she'd go do this interview, or Marshall was gonna bitch about it all week. With a defeated sigh, the older woman began gathering up her supplies. Handheld recorder, spare memory cards. Looking at her left arm and its current lack of covering, she left the notepad behind.

A little while later, she was standing in front of the business. She was wearing a a light brown trenchcoat, though only the right arm was in the sleeve, the left sleeve hanging loose as her left arm was visible in a sling through the partially open coat, the entire forearm completely wrapped in gauze. She'd knock on the door twice, before pushing it open with her left shoulder. "Good morning, I'm Isabella from SMILE News, I believe we spoke earlier." She extended her right hand forward for a handshake.

Naomi perked up when she heard the *pling* from the bell hanging by the door, notifying her of a new customer, or perhaps the journalist. Either way, seeing as she had just opened up her buissness, this sound was relatively rare, and thus it was exciting for the little seamstress to hear. She hurried as quickly as she could to the storefront, almost bouncing up and down with each step. "Oh, hiii! Welcome! I'm glad you made it here! It's a pleasure to meet you, Isabella! I am, as you probably already know, Naomi Zhou!" Naomi's head barely made it up to Isabella's shoulders... so by comparison, she almost looked like a young child, although upon closer inspection, she did not look as young as her height may suggest. "Now I don't think this is a good place for an interview... Would the kitchen do? It's the only place I have where we both can sit, I'm afraid..." Considering her workspace had taken up most of her apartment, the kitchen and well... her bedroom were the only places where there was any room for casual talk and other such things, hence why Naomi almost never invited people to her home.

She would show Isabella around the apartment first, before they reached the kitchen. Naomi gestured towards the kitchen table, which had two chairs placed on either end. "Please, have a seat." Naomi said in a chipper tone, her facial expression brimming with happiness and excitement. "Want something to drink, Isabella? Water? Tea? Coffee?"

Isabella had heard that her interviewee would be young, but wasn't expecting someone this young. "Thank you for accepting my request for interview on such short notice, my editor sprang this idea on me out of the blue." She spoke, keeping both her tone and expression fairly neutral, if a small smile did creep onto her face. When Naomi brought up the subject of where to conduct the interview, the blonde would nod. "Any place should do, so long as the room doesn't produce much echo."

Following the younger girl's lead, she would get a nice look at the apartment attached to the shop, before they then reached the kitchen. Isabella gave a nod and a small "Thanks." in response to the prompt to take a seat. She did, seating herself, before reaching into her pocket, and pulling out a small handheld device that the young girl may or may not recognize to be a handheld audio recorder. She also produce a small black plastic case, maybe about two inches tall, three inches wide, and maybe half an inch thick. The case she'd set on the table while the deivce she took into her hand.

The offer for a drink was nice, but Isabella shook her head. "I appreciate the offer, but I'll have to decline for now. I've only one hand to use at the moment." She'd gesture briefly to the sling in whcih her gauze-covered left arm rested. "And I'll be needing it to operate this." She explained then, raising the recorder so the younger female could see it clearly.
