Iblis, the Jinn that fell from grace.

Persona Appearance: A creature, appearing to be a horned humanoid torso with the green-scaled tail of a snake emerging from the waist down. The torso itself is about 8' tall and the tail adds nearly 15' of extra length, but is usually coiled up or simply doens't fully appear completely. The torso is covered with, and constantly seeps and drips a black liquid with apparent consistency ranging from that of tar to softened wax. On his head is what appears to be a crown, worn upside down so the prongs obscure the eyes, with several nails partially driven into the crown and into the head beneath. Further, two great horn curve out from above the rim of the crown. It's mouths appears sown shut, though Iblis can open its mouth still, both the thread and pierced lips stretching. Its arms appear humanoid, though the fingers terminate in sharpened claws. On the palm of each hand is another mouth, which spew small gouts of fire every now and them.

Persona Background: Once a powerful Jinn, Iblis was of such high status and piety that he consorted with the angels of God. When God created the first man and ordered all presence to bow before them, all angel bowed but Iblis refused. When questioned as to why he refused to bow, Iblis stated his superiorit over the human, Iblis having been created from fire, where the man had been made from clay. For his pride and arrogance, Iblis was cast down from. But Iblis pleaded with god, and he was allowed to tempt the children of man, whispering lies into their hearts and leading them to sin.

Passive Boosts: The Persona of the Devil Arcana are commonly Persona excelling in support skills. Users have a latent 15% boost in buff/debuff skills.

Skill 1: Agi | Inflicts a small amount of Fire damage to one enemy. | 3 SP | Tier 1
Skill 2: Searing Burn | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a burn ailment with each agi skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc fire. Takes 15% of total health off the opponent each turn, for three turns. Can be put out by a bufu skill used on self that matches tier. Effects do not stack | Passive | Tier 1
Skill 3: Tarukaja | Raises one ally's Attack by 30% for 3 turns. | 6 SP | Tier 2
Skill 4: Mudoon | 50% chance of instant death from the power of Darkness to one enemy. | 12 SP | Tier 2
Skill 5: (Unlocked once winning atleast 10 PvS battles and using your Persona an additional 30 times in PvS combat; Must be a Tier 3 Skill or Lower)

Tainted Soul: (The Ultimate fusion between you and your Tainted Persona. When using this, your Persona fuses within your soul, corrupting it and transforming you into a higher being temporarily. Once this is done, you take on a more otherworldy appearance thanks to being possessed by your Tainted Persona, but your stats are all doubled. This form lasts for three turns, and once it is over you revert back to your original form and all your stats are reverted to 1 till the end of the topic or you use an item/skill to recover. This can only be used once per topic and once being used, your Tainted Persona can no longer be used within the same topic.)

Possessed Form Appearance: Gozai's body grows to about 7' tall, much of his upper body beginning to seep the same black liquid as seen on Iblis, meanwhile what skin isn't covered turns to an ash-grey. Several crown-like structures are visible on his form. Most notably on his head, tilted to the left side, seemingly emerging out of his skull, obscuring the left eye. Another is present partially emerging out of his right shoulder, another around his right forearm, seemingly fused directly to his skin, and still several tiny ones breaking out through the skin of his knuckles. The most extreme case of these crown is with his left arm, where the entire forearm has been subsumed with ever smaller crowns stacked atop, forming a twisted, jagged lance. Gozai's right eye begins glowing yellow except for a black pinprick for a pupil. His lips appear torn, with short lengths of bloody thread hanging from them.
Description: Gozai grips his head, screaming apparently in pain as parts of his body begin to seep the black goo. He begins to convulse, the volume and tone of his screams signalling obvious distress. Soon the crown-like growth begin bursting out from his flesh in a rather violent manner. As the growths begin consuming his left arm, his screams slowly silence, his skin paling to grey. Finally, as the transformation is brought to an end, his eye turns to a glowing yellow. In this state his voice gains a notable, obviously unnatural reverb to it.

Soul Skill Name: Flaming Shackle
Persona Name: Iblis
Tier: Tier 1
Cost: 8 SP
Type of Damage: Fire
Description: Conjures a shackle and chain seemingly composed of solid fire, before flinging it at the enemy, can cause minor burns on touch, and if the shackle hits near the neck, it will snap shut around the neck and temporarily enslave them. Inflicts minor fire damage (Tier 1) to a single target, and has a 10% chance to inflict the Charm ailment.

Your personas tail is a little too long. Make it 15 feet and its xool. Also for the soul skill if its damaging AND having an ailment chance then the chance to inflict ailment should be lowered to 10%. Bear in mind that if the skill is being used as a chain in things such as pvp combat it can potentially be deflected or broken. As long as you understand those are the only issues.

edited those things. though I suppose I should ask if the damage on the soul skill could be lowered below tier 1 in order to instead favor the charm aspect of it?

Sorry fam, we don't really do below Tier 1 of damage for skills. It's about as low as you get. Compare the skill to other skills that do damage+ailment like Poison Dagger and Holy Arrow, 10% ailment chance is about as good as you can get while still hurting someone at Tier 1.
