A City Old and New [Shizuka/Cecil]

He wasn't...quite sure why he was here right now. His feet had taken him as he had gone wandering, as they might have any other day. But as one foot found itself before the other in an unfailing progression of steps, he found himself walking the streets of the Backlight for a length of time that only grew.
Was there something he intended to do here...? He couldn't think of anything off the top of his head, but there had to be some reason why he was hanging around here. Some thought in his mind as to why he hadn't drifted off elsewhere.

Why was that?
