Marta's fiance. Incredibly self-centered and status-obsessed, but also very intelligent and capable. Despises Marta after deeming him utterly unworthy as a partner, especially in regards to physical appearance. Seeks to make his life miserable as she. temporarily tolerates the political alliance, but only as a stepping stone to more power.

Edward Lee
Basically Marta's brother-in-laws. Has a cordial relationship with Marta, largely because Edward and Lydia hate each other and see each other as their primary rivals for control of the family conglomerate. The enemy of Edward's enemy is a sort-of-friend?

Naomi Po
Marta's overbearing older sister. Also very ambitious in her own right and rationally calculating, she has a largely distant relationship with Marta, though the two are usually very well-appraised of the other's status. They know each other very well, even if they haven't directly spoken in years.

Eunice Po
Marta's socialite mother. Runs a successful fashion line. Very concerned about her children being comfortable, fashionable, and sociable. Otherwise, very much of a hands-off parent who believes in child independence. Not much of a disciplinarian either.
