Cecil seems to be a nice guy to talk to... as well as goddamnly good at games, which is an enormous plus in my humble opinion. I invited him to hang out after we met at the arcade and treated him a Great King at the Burger Queen, where I told I'd lend him one of my favourite games. He seems to be a good guy and I'm sure he'll enjoy it.
