Where is the item worn?: Feet

What does the item do?: Provides +20% Evasion when worn in PvS.
Outside of combat and in PvP, they allow the user to perform a double jump by stepping on air once per turn. Additionally, after a double jump, user must take a step on solid footing or push themselves off a wall before attempting it again.

If user is under 50% SP, Icarus Airs provide a 15% bonus to Wind skills and allow a triple jump. Same rules for double jumps apply for triple jumps (except now it's two steps instead of one per turn and per footing).

What does the item look like?: A pair of white and neon-green colored glowing sneakers adorned with wing motifs on their sides. Padded inside and made from quality material which is soft to the touch on the outside.
They shine brighter momentarily when used to double or triple jump.
