A young man with almost no noticeable facial expression except hints of a muted smile that rarely breaks. Rui's hair is dyed a dark pinkish red, often, but not always asymmetrically tied into a braid. He dresses almost exclusively in clothing that covers his entire body, including his neck, often opting for either a sweater, a high-neck long-sleeved shirt, or something he can put over one of those things. Besides that, he can usually be found either wearing dark slacks or dark jeans, with a fairly unnecessary belt. Both his weight and height are below average (169 cm and 54.5 kg).
Personality: Rui is consistently outgoing, upbeat, energetic, friendly, and quick to engage in small talk. Often excessively so. Furthermore, he is quick to sign up to do other people favors and is not often angered or offended by others. However, once pleasantries are exchanged and common talking points exhausted, Rui often reverts back to his comfort zone. As an adaptation, he's absolutely grabbed onto the opportunity to go wild having fun (sometimes at the expense of others) in every other way, an option that is uniquely appealing after having lived a heavily regimented and ill life largely sheltered from the outside world by those who feared for his safety in a high-crime society.

Although somewhat sickly, Rui had a fairly pampered and happy childhood, until he was kidnapped at a young age alongside many of his classmates and held for ransom. Although he actually escaped by convincing one of his captor to let down his guard and fleeing outside, his family made sure to keep him locked down under guard. Although he had fine tutors and patrician hobbies, his contact with other children was sporadic. The entire experience gave him a rather unsavory opinion of "criminals", a general appreciation for harsh and bold action, and several eccentric personality quirks.
An excellent student, he easily tested into a federal university (UFRJ), where he studied economics and Japanese literature (his mother tongue) and made few friends, largely disliking classmates that seemed more ensconced in protests and parties. After graduating, he worked between Tokyo and Manhattan as an investment banker (also earning an MBA at Columbia). However, after several years of working, his illness significantly worsened, proving non-responsive.
He was told to undertake a new experimental treatment in Endymion, but his operation ended up taking place during the Eternal Divide, which severely complicated things. The details remain hazy, but it appears that the medical company in charge was forced to replace almost his entire body with what they apparently had on hand, which were assorted parts from soon-to-be-assembled ASSWs. Apparently, this ended up being more efficient than the actual planned surgery, which would have had a higher chance of failure.
Out of curiosity in the procedures, the well-connected doctors agreed to waive his rather large costs if he could stick around in Endymion and have regular check-ups with them (they are largely interested to see if he’ll go crazy or something in his new body). As a result, he was placed in Seven Stars Academy as a “transfer” student, utterly flummoxed, both antsy for not doing anything and for the first time in his life, demoralized by having no particular future to plan for. Though maybe it would be interesting to live a "normal" high school life that he never had the opportunity to enjoy. "Normal."

Okay so your sheet is mostly good, but there are a few things that must be addressed before i can approve your character:
The Robot Glamour strength, as long the changes are just cosmetic and the character remains recognizable it's fine, just make sure to note that.
The LEED Certified Batteries weakness must change, Zio ailments aren't inherent to elements they must be taken as a passive, so this is hardly a weakness. Furthermore, usually when you taking "Boost Y by X%" you usually must lose X% somewhere else(Ex: Taking X% more damage from a certain element).
Lastly, add the dimensions of your melee weapon. Length of the blade, stuff like that.
Other than that your sheet is good to go.
