Appearance:
The Tormented One takes the appearance of a human and cat hybrid. He is 5'9 and has a slender body. Appearing to be quite young, he can be childish but also can be quite intimidating when being serious. Other than this he can usually be found with a sly smile with a kind aura resonating around him. His outfits are constantly changing, but he does usually wear a short sleeve green collared shirt with a tie. He wears a dark shade of green shorts with dark green shoes with high black socks aswell. On his hands are white gloves aswell. When it comes to his cat like features he does have two cat ears the protrude from the top of his head, and even as sharp fangs aswell. He does not have a tail, and the only notable cat feature would be his teeth and ears.
Personality:
The Tormented one carries himself as a streetwise, charismatic young man that has seen his fair share of the world. He speaks with smooth, even tones, and seems to be quite knowledgeable in various situations. Usually appearing as suddenly as he disappears, the Tormented One probes the minds of individuals, looking to see what they cherish and are willing to fight for. It is hard to tell if he is an ally or an enemy with the strange aura that seems to stem from him. Though rather reliable, he will not easily assist others, as he enjoys seeing the lengths a person will go to understand their usefulness in this world. The Tormented One is also very defensive about his past, and his creators. Though he knows his purpose, he will never share it with another no matter how "close" they think they are to him. The Tormented One is always willing to make a sacrifice for the greater "good" and is no stranger to tipping the scales between those of the living and those of the supernatural. Everything else about the mysterious individual is rather unknown.

—Strength Name: Cat Like Agility
—Description: The user's agility is of a superior standard, even among gold-medal-winning athletes and other highly trained professionals in the field of athletics. An individual with this ability is able to climb the highest of buildings with no form of support and navigate any variety of obstacle courses with apparent ease and grace. Furthermore, users of this ability are capable of jumping up to 20 ft in a single bound and 10 feet without a starting run-up. In general, a user possessing Peak Human Agility can always accurately co-ordinate his or her body with balance, dexterity and flexibility.
—Strength Name: Charismatic
—Description: Though rather mysterious, Louis Cyphre is strangely charismatic. From words to gestures, he can gain the trust of people easily, and can come off as a reliable source of foundation for anyone's life. Whether this is true is unknown.
—Strength Name: Data Banks
—Description: Being a machine, Louis has an entire encyclopaedia of knowledge programmed into his skull. This library continues to grow as he goes through "life" and encounters various people.
—Strength Name: Immense Speed Parameter
—Description: Being a machine, Louis is abnormally fast compared to the next guy. In his base form he can run as fast as an Olympic athlete without injuring his frame. When in orgia mode, this limit is broken and he can go as far as running as fast as 60 mph.
—Strength Name: Air Propulsion
—Description:
When in orgia mode, Louis has the capability of filtering out hot air from his body and using it for hovering, flight, and other uses. It is not an offensive technique alone, but can enhance combat when used correctly.
Weaknesses:
—Weakness Name: Sensitive Ears
—Description: Loud abnormal noises will cause Louis' ears to malfunction and go offline for two posts before being able to be used again.
—Weakness Name: Easy to pick out
—Description: Thanks to his odd appearance, the Tormented One is easy to pick out of a crowd of people. If he were ever trying to hide amongst a mass of civilians, he'd easily be found.
—Weakness Name: Malignant Narcissus
—Description: Louis was created to be chaotic and evil. He is torment incarnate, and thus spreads this torment to others simply because he wishes too. To make things worse, this is combined with his Narcissistic tendencies that makes him believe the world and all order revolves around him and his own ideals. He has a sense of entitlement even though he has done nothing to earn it, and with this sense he spreads torment to those he comes across.
—Weakness Name: Within Reason
—Description: Louis is incapable of performing selfless good deeds. Everything he does, he does with reason. If there is nothing to gain from an action, he simply will not partake in it.
—Weakness Name: Logical
—Description: Being a machine, Louis's mind works on logic. He can not fathom anything that has no logic or solid data written about it. Things such as human possibility, souls, and emotion come at a loss to him.

The Background

History:
Very little is known of Louis Cyphre. Any records on his creation have been erased and destroyed, and his purpose in this life is only known to himself. Whoever created him had quickly ended their own life soon after, though these reasons are unknown. After this event, the Tormented One began to perform his duties, observing life and becoming the small devil on people's shoulders who needed just an extra push in the right direction. He did not start his long journey in Ueitawa, but instead was created somewhere in Germany. He has been across the globe, meeting various people and leaving chaos behind him. One could say he was an antagonist to the world, being a potential enemy to life itself. Though in reality, he is just a delegate of freedom. Luckily with freedom, CHAOS comes soon after it. With order came law, with freedom came chaos. It was simple, and it is a simple philosophy The Tormented One has studied his entire time of being active.
With the sudden popularity from Ueitawa in regarding the disappearances, The Tormented One took this as an invitation to go "investigate" the occurrences. Whatever the case, things are sure to pick up soon enough now that his eyes were set on the small peaceful region. There isn't any documents on how long The Tormented One has been active, but if going by personal records he has been around much longer than any human possibly alive today. Being rather an enigma, that is all there is to say when regarding The Tormented One.

| Approved. Just make sure the eye spy strength doesn't act as the analysis skill in combat. Though I'm sure it's not with the definition you have put on it. | |

| Gonna turn this guy into an NPC for the Mini plot that's going to lead into the next main plot. Maybe after that, then I'll turn him into a real character, but I need a host for the show. Gonna make some major changes, but he'll still be a robot. I'll tell you when to recheck this, Nyarlathotep. | |
