Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't been posting anything... at all. For a long time... Like, really. I guess I've just lost the drive to play any new characters or something like that. I just... can't get invested in any of them. It just feels wrong somehow.

And yet, it feels even worse to just up and ditch the community (even though it has it's fair share of problems). I've spent so much time on here over the last 2 or so years that leaving now would just be sort of a dick move, both to myself and you all.

I still want to interact and have fun with you folks though! And something which I had a lot of fun doing in the past were the Hobby dungeons! As they're not really canon, or have any impact on the actual site as a whole aside from just providing a way for me to really just have fun with my friends. For those not in the know, the Hobby dungeons were a sort of side-attraction I ran a while back which had it's uses, like teaching newer players the mechanics of dungeon running, or experimenting with those said mechanics in ways which would perhaps not be done in a main plotline.

This first one will be very simple in it's design, both in terms of enemies and actual dungeon mechanics. I guess you'd like a bit of context, eh?

Well, you are all relic hunters of some description, making new grounds in unknown territory within some generic shadow realm variant. What you all are going into is the ruins of Nezahuallin, searching for what is supposedly an artifact or treasure of immense value or power. Rumors as to what this treasure is varies from being a gemstone that grants eternal life to some sort of gold-generating trinket. Anything goes when it comes to the treasure. It does seem that the shadows are guarding it pretty fiercly though, so it must be of some value, right?

It's a sort of ruin-like jungle area. The air is pretty humid, but nothing to be really worried about (unless you're carrying something that really doesn't like humidity, like say paper). As stated above, this dungeon in paticular is pretty simple, just to get me back into the swing of running dungeons.

As far as what your loadout will be... PU's and Philemon Aligned ASSW's will have a maxed out Persona and at level 10. Everyone else gets to be Rank 6 and at level 10 (Non-PU's are slightly stronger, with only 2 more points overall). As for equipment and items, each character will have a budget of 5000 VC, if you do wish to sign up. If this turns out to be a successful and fun thing, I'll keep these coming in steady intervals (Maybe like 2 weeks worth of time between a dungeon finishing and a new one popping up). As for how you sign up... Just make a compendium for yourself (in like a word doc or something so you can keep track of stuff), and just post it up in this thread. (We don't really want to clog the forum with these too much, after all.) To keep things simple, We're looking at a team of 4 people (or 5, if we have a Tactical Support). I don't really have a set start-up date for this in mind as of writing this, but I'm thinking maybe starting this stuff on friday would be good. It's at the end of the working week, nice and easy to remember... Yeah, good day. We cool? Good!

Keep in mind that there are no actual rewards for finishing this. It's just for the sake of having fun, and perhaps exploring new mechanics. Thanks for reading all this. If you do wish to partake, don't be afraid to do so, even if you're new! Very Happy

Uriel is about six feet, four inches, and carries a regal aura around him, befitting the likes of a high archangel. It looks remarkably human because of the user's perception of Uriel in this state as being in a mortal form, one that the archangel itself seems comfortable with.

Persona Background:
Uriel, who's name means 'God is my light', is an archangel who is the saint of Confirmation and poetry, and he is also identified as other things as well.
In this case he is also the angel who watches over thunder and terror.
He is a patron of the arts as well, especially in poetry.

Strengths: (What type of attacks is your Persona strong against? This is specifically for Elemental and Physical based skills. Damage from these attacks are reduced by half. You can have up to two strengths with the Initial Persona)

Weaknesses: (What element/physical-based skills is it weak against? Must have at least one unless your Arcana says otherwise. Should have an equal amount of strengths your Persona has. Damage from these specific types of attacks are twice as effective and will cause your character to stagger their next post.)

Once this is done, you take on a more otherworldy appearance thanks to being possessed by your Tainted Persona, but your stats are all doubled. This form lasts for three turns, and once it is over you revert back to your original form and all your stats are reverted to 1 till the end of the topic or you use an item/skill to recover. This can only be used once per topic and once being used, your Tainted Persona can no longer be used within the same topic.)

It is the same height as the regular persona, but the appearance has changed to something more monstrous and unnatural, befitting such a fusion.

Description: The transformation is done at will for Archangel Uriel, the form of which is invoked willingly by the owner, and in the process of fusing, the demeanor of both significantly changes. Uriel, while solemn, becomes far more emotional, and the human mind within it is an almost dormant force, as Uriel is in almost complete control over the state of the transformation. This is Uriel in the archangel state he is best known for.

Here, the voice has a distinct, deep, echo to it.
