Skill Book Appearance:  A red book with a soft binding with worn edges. On the cover is seemingly black ink image a masked shadow with tendrils.

Strengths: Aliment,Dark Damage from these attacks are reduced by half.

Weaknesses: Terra, Light. Damage from these specific types of attacks are twice as effective and will cause your character to stagger their next post.)

Passive Boosts: Lust: 15% boost to Terra skills.

Compendium Skill List:  Your skills grow in order, meaning you must unlock Skill 4 to get to Skill 5 and so on. For Velvet Attendants to gain more skills, they must form bonds with someone with a skill they are looking for (This person MUST be a guest of theirs. If they are a guest of another Attendant, you cannot take their skills. You must also ask permission to those involved before you take their skill. If they reject you, you will not take their skill). For each link created, they are able to copy a skill from that person. When you perform a skill that you had taken from another, a copy of their Persona will appear when you use it.))

Description: The ultimate spell for a Velvet Attendant. Opening the pages of their Persona Compendium, it will emit a bright light into the sky above the battlefield. The light will fall and explode once hitting the ground, causing Tier 3 Almighty Damage to all opponents.

Soul Skill Name: Prince's empowerment.

Description: passive 15% boost to all Slash skills you use.

Your tier 1 soul skill can't have Almighty as its element. Please change that to something else. Other than that this looks alright, though it wouldn't hurt to expand on the appearance section a bit more if you can.

The new soul skill is way too powerful. It works in concept, but you'll definitely need to reduce the percentage of the extra bonus. Personally, I'd say reduce the extra damage done to downed enemies to 15%. Maybe raise the HP too, but I don't think that's strictly necessary, so you can keep thaat as is. If you need a reference to work off of feel free to use this: it's a tier 2 skill, so your soul skill should have somewhat weaker effects than it.

Cruel Attack | Inflicts a moderate amount of Pierce damage to one enemy with even greater power (30% increase) if the target is knocked "Down". | 13% HP | Tier 2

Additionally, I'm not sure what you mean by 15% becoming 45%. Did you intend for it to come with an automatic 15% boost in damage? That seems a bit overpowered within the context of the skill, so I'd say either keep the extra damage against downed enemies effect or keep this one and lower it to 5%. Of course, if you want a damage increase than you could always just switch this idea out with a passive 15% boost to all Slash skills you use, but that's up to you.
