| “One…two…”, she would repeat the count from the start. One leg stretched over the lower bleachers, with the girl’s torso laying over the leg’s extension, head lowered so her forehead could teach her knee, arms over her head touching the tip of her feet toes. A simple stretching exercise for what would come next. Despite her perfect condition, Brittany had been stretching for a while now, and what would be a simple warm-up session (that shouldn't last more than 10 minutes) to prevent any muscles from compromising during heavier rehearsal practice became… the practice itself when it surpassed the expected duration. Head in the clouds, probably. No one was occupying the gym so early in the morning, the cheerleader could use the space and time as she wanted until then and giving such silence, each small step would echo and be heard from afar. Before the next repetition, she lifted her head and stared into the distance, into the light coming from the outside through the windows’ glass in the highest point of the gym. Something was up in more ways than one. “One…two…?” Head in the clouds, definitely… | |

| From the silence that is the gym inside of the Seven Stars Academy comes a pair of rhythmical footsteps. They start off quiet enough, but as they approach the metal doors leading into the area they become louder.. and so does the beat that they are marching to. But it isn't until the doors are flung open and a tall boy with indigo-dipped silver hair walks in that the tune can be heard in its entirety, coming from a small speaker with a snowman's face on the side of it. ..Not that she would be able to see his face. For one reason or another, the second year member of the basketball team walks into the gym backwards with black shorts and a thin grey hoodie on. The speaker is placed on the lowest level of the bleachers, and a basketball is dropped from his grip to smack down against the hardwood floor. The second it bounces back up, he catches it and puts a shot up -- Only for it to ricochet off of the rim and fly directly towards Brittany! Oddly enough, Kenneth doesn't pay it any mind, choosing instead to drop to the ground and start stretching himself out after the minimal amount of movement revealed how tight and sore his upper body is. And how could it not be? Coming off of his.. encounter with the unknown and dangerous with Noriko just a night before might leave anyone sore and confused. "Do I really have to be at school today. . .? What a pain." She isn't the only one with her head in the clouds. But which one of them would come down first? | |

| Now...she didn't see it coming. In more ways than one; naturally, with her head lowered, Brittany couldn't see what was coming at her. Those who are used to exercising knew how painful a ball in the face could be. Multiply it by 10 when it's a heavier and bigger basketball. Therefore, when it hit with full speed the defenseless head of the cheerleader, she could only fall to the ground with a loud scream echoing from her mouth to the entire gym.
“…argh, what the...”, on her knees, she rubbed the hit place, lifting the head slowly. The tiara that helped to keep her hair in order was completely misplaced, along with a few hair locks. A brief moment of dizziness and vertigo struck her when her eyes tried to make sense of what happened, or rather, who caused it to happen, only to find there was company in the gym she previously thought to be abandoned. A guy she hasn't stumbled upon yet and the reason for the always high-spirited Brittany to be, to say the least, mad. “Hey! What are you, crazy?? Jerk!! What's your problem??” | |
