--> [The Tormented One] :: And what makes this new religion any different from the rest? Why should man bow to another deity? It feels more as if you are using this "new" religion, which I might add sounds like all the rest, as a crutch for your current fears. This is tantamount to cowardice from the people who have so dedicated themselves to clinging to false hopes and promises.

->Forgotten Hero:: Raising the bar on cheap effects maybe. The main preacher seems like a loon if you ask me, and there must be some explanation in regards to the murders. Though I must say the main figure creeps me out a bit, but I'm not about to go and stock up on food and stuff because it is the supposed "end of the world". We've heard such things before, and this one is no different. They're just trying to whip up the populace into a frenzy to cause chaos. No more and no less.

We all would want something to believe in, even more closely to something we not quite understand yet. With all the questions as to "gods will" and "where he really is" is this how its suppose to turn out? How could just reject the answer that was given to us by something we could consider proof. This is the real world, there is no magic bullshit, our science didnt go that far to help people to develop superpowers, what exactly is this then? He did not call himself a god, hes only the prophet. Wake up people! Its nothing short of being mindless when hes doing things that you cant fake or stage. Did you see what he did at the hospital?

A god who answers prayers in such a defined way, a beam of light from the sky? He has that much money? But yes, I have heard of this god, I’m sure someone mentions his name to be ‘Nyarlathotep.’ I’m sure this ‘god’ is not as pure as you speak of.

--> Mr. Speculator :: I saw that at the hospital when I visited my mother one day. Honestly? I was in disbelief. Was that really a miracle? Something staged? Nonetheless, they sounded at first like your typical doomsday cult. But they seem to be the only "doomsday cult" that actually has money to pull off effects like these, if nothing else. This is assuming they are fake, I usually don't tangle with religion. You wanna believe in this god Nyarthalotep? Sure, but he talks about rapture. Sure, i believe the world will end one day, but to me, it just seems irrational to believe in the world ending in recent times, much less working for that. I am very indecisive about religion, but this seems a bit interesting despite itself. This looks like it may become a sort of "mainstream" cult. I am not too thrilled, but apparently people are.
