Hm hm...~ Well, today was a different day for the youth. He really didn't understand why, but today he wanted to go shopping. He rarely did this by himself, usually accompanied by an escort or something... But today was a day to buy something by himself! With a small hum, he'd stand at a cross section. Well, where to go?

He'd hum at his options. Clothing, toys, sweets, or music? It was a little hard to decide... He loved all four equally! Minus the toys... They were just a collectable at this point... But, ah, never mind that. Where to go where to go?

Being what he was, Cryox didn't necessarily need to do much shopping for himself. It's not like he could even carry a whole lot, were he to suddenly decide he wanted to buy stuff. That would simply be a bad idea overall. Nevertheless, prowling around the mall and at the very least checking out what was on sale was not that bad of an idea. He would most likely not get anything from there, but 'window watching' had always been a thing anyway, right? Except that he wouldn't be watching just through a window in this type of case.

Hmm, this place could be kind of confusing though. It was pretty big, which made it fairly easy for someone as small as him to start getting lost there. So many rows and shelves of stuff everywhere. Maaan. Well, he would surely find his way out eventually too, but for the time being he kept sneaking around...until he happened to accidentally bump into someone's legs. ''Nyeh?'' The feline would proceed to rub his forehead with one of his paws as he looked up at the thing in the way which turned out to be some boy.

He'd hum gently at the absent minded decision. Really, it was just kind of hard to decide what to spend his money on. He'd blink though, deciding on sweet things! He wanted something to snack on before continuing his shopping venture, so that was the perfect idea! And he was about to go do just that before his leg was bumped into. He'd turn around, and then turn down, to see a cat with two tails. Oh, neat!

"Neh? You okay there?" he'd say with a small smirk. For the time being, he was unaware that cat like creatures could talk. So, his voice probably sounded a little sweeter than it normally should have been...

The two-tailed feline would grumble to himself mentally, a little annoyed at the fact that he failed to pay enough attention to possible obstacles in his way, but his train of thought would soon be interrupted by said obstacle addressing him. Oh whoops right, he had bumped into a person. Lovely. Shaking his head slightly to clear his mind from the thoughts as well as the aftermaths of the unexpected bumping, Cryox would then look up at the boy in question. ''I'm seeing stars, but I'm great.'', he would state a moment after with a huff, his tails swishing slightly.

"Whoa whoah! Hold the phone, you can talk? Wow, that's so cool! I've never met a talking cat before! Wait, is it rude to call you a cat and not the specific alien name you go by?"

His little bit of amusement turned into full on excitement. Even if he knew a giant lobster man and a weird squid thing, talking cats beat them by a home run! This was just an amazing find! Wait, was it a find to find a resident of Junction that surprised you? Well, maybe if you were born there like Cassiel but then again, his upbringing wasn't exactly the norm...

"Oh but I'm so sorry! You should probs watch where you're walking next time! Like... Isn't it easier to see people from so close to the ground? Well, maybe not... Hm..." he'd ponder to himself, his lack of socializing getting to him again. Really, it wasn't every day you met something so small...

Shaking off the impact of the bump, Cryox would opt to sit down for now, tilting his head at the boy's sudden burst of enthusiasm. Hmm, was he really that strange considering how many weird beings existed in Junction? Then again, it wasn't like he had met another talking cat himself, so maybe? ''My name is Cryox, but I don't mind as long as it isn't meant offensively, or something like that.'' He wasn't too fond of pet names and the like, but he couldn't necessarily fault someone for calling him a cat, as that was what he obviously looked like at glance. As long as it stayed at that, it was more or less fine with him.

The feline would swish his tails slightly as he puffed his cheeks up a bit. ''I just wasn't paying enough attention. Though, it's more like I see legs instead of the people unless I constantly look upwards...'' Whiiich would be kind of awkward to do. And not very pleasant for one's neck either. Can't walk with your nose turned upwards all the time without some sort of consequence later.
