Let me tell you a story or two...

The Biography

Age: 34 Cycles (Local age)

Appearance: Lacranos appears as a ghastly humanoid wraith wearing a blue, esoteric cloak and his body is wrapped in some kind of cloth (Much like an egyptian mummy.) What's beneath the wrappings seem to be some kind of energy. Oddly enough, they do in fact have a physical form. It just doesn't appear to be so, hence why members of this race are usually called ghasts, wraiths etc, even though they are completely tangible and real. He's about 5'8" tall, and weighs about 138 lbs.

Personality: Lacranos is a man who's devoted most of his life to the past... 34 local cycles might not sound like much time... but a sun cycle on Phyros is about equivalent to double that of Earth, so he's in reality 68 years old. Phyrians do grow very old though... somewhere in between 70-80 Phyrian cycles. He's not paticularly talkative, mostly due to people avoiding him, not the other way around. In fact, he does cherish whatever little conversation he can get. He loves stories from other worlds and likes to learn as much as he can. He'll never pass on an opportunity to learn something new, or tell a good story for anyone who cares to listen. He sees being a Phyrian as a curse, given how ghastly he looks... Which does make his passion somewhat difficult to practice.

While not the happiest individual on Junction, he certainly isn't mopey. He doesn't like to bother others with his own problems and usually solves them on his own. Not that he thinks others are incapable of it, but rather that he doesn't want to waste their time with his trivial troubles.

Just a vision. In a sense, it's almost complete immersion. In order for this ability to take effect, he has to tell a story, or describe a person or place for the words to take on a mental image for those who are willing to listen.

—Description: When presented with an opportunity to delve into a new race's history or lore, Lacranos can be very... pushy, and will not really care too much about personal space. He just wants to learn, damn it

—Description: A Phyrian's mental powers severely drops when fatigued. Once Lacranos HP goes below 30%, all mental ailments used by him take a 15% penalty.

—Description: Being what can be percieved as a walking ghost, Phyrians are not paticularly popular amongst other races. Derogatory terms are usually used when talking to them... Words like Ghast, Wraith, Shade etc.

Soul Bound Weapon: Staff

Weapon Name: Conjurer's Greatstaff
Weapon Description: The Conjurer's greatstaff is a 6'4" tall staff made of metal. What's weird about this staff is that... well, the staff is not doing any actual damage. It creates beastly limbs which do the actual damage. It does always generate the same kind of limb though... An arm with claws. It's reach is about as long as the staff is. 6'4" Away from the tip of the staff. So it's reach is a maximum of 12'8", but that's only if he actually holds the staff at the very end. The "Effective" max range is about 9'6", since he holds the staff at it's very middle.

Side-Arm Name: The Book of Stories
Side-Arm Description: The Book of stories... is, you guessed it. A book. It's about the side of your average 500 Pager, being inbound with leather. Not to be confused with a compendium. From this tome, Lacranos can create blasts of energy taking the shape of various magical projectiles... Anything from classic fireballs to arrows and even sometimes swords. So long as it's a projectile and not... a constant stream of something (Like say a dragon's breath).

Side-Arm Style: Revolver - Single Shot - Accuracy is increased by 20%. Consumes only one type of ammo per use. Can shoot only one enemy at a time.

The Background

History: Lacranos has lived a very long life so far, even though he's only about halfway through it, if you compare it to human standards. Back on Phyros, he was a historian and archeologist, exploring his own planet, digging up forgotten relics of the past for everyone to see. He's discovered a lot about his race's past, and how they even turned into these ghastly creatures to begin with. Despite the stuff they wear, the Phyrians are actually quite technologically advanced. They just choose to take a more traditional approach to all of their things. What caused their appearance to turn into what they are today was the result of an experiment going horribly wrong, resulting in what Lacranos called "The Vanishing Curse." A Defection in their DNA, which caused their skin to turn basically transparent, and all their organs and everything else began to glow... The reason why they dress like they do is because of this defection. Without their wrappings, they just appear as a glowing mass, making it difficult for individuals from distinguishing one from another.

It was during one of Lacranos expeditions that he was dragged into Junction. He was looking for what was theorized to be an ancient power source of some kind in a desert-like region. As he made his discovery and tried to leave the area with his findings, the wraith was dragged from his homeworld into junction... without his findings. They're still in the ruins, untouched by anyone since.

The strength boosting counter can only boost the effect by 5%. As this can be useless for some characters, feel free to change this strength entirely if you wish.

For your side-arm. Just remember that any of these different "projectiles" your book creates will all function in the exact same way and cannot be used in different ways from one another in PvP.
