At 167cm and 52kg,TYPE-O is a delicate, brown skinned young girl with platinum blonde hair. Her face is clear of any blemishes, which make her bright amber eyes stand out when glancing at her. When trying to seem normal, TYPE-0 will wear red reading glasses, even though her versions is probably better than the average human. When not in her school uniform, she usually wears a black and white dress with a green ribbon. She doesn't have many clothes at home and normally does not stray from her typical outfit.

TYPE-0 was programmed with the dual purpose of eradicating shadows and living the life of Nina. The two can contradict each other at times and cause TYPE-0 to have a dynamic personality. When living the life of Nina, she is a very quiet, polite, and gentle young girl. She does not understand quite how people interact yet, and this causes her to stand out in very strange ways publicly and to come off as a air head. Many people would consider her "slow" off of first impression, but this is because of a lack of social skills. TYPE-0 has great curiosity on what it means to be human, but hardly knows where to start.
When working towards her goal of destroying the shadows, she is a ruthless, bloodthirsty warrior with a fury that could only be described as primal. This side of TYPE-0 is much more calculated and seemingly natural. It is not uncommon for a malicious smirk will form on her face. She doesn't have concern for anything, besides destroying her target, when in battle. Will never give up, and will keep fighting until failure.
The Potential
Strengths:
—Strength Name: Soul Split —Description: Able to take 3rd Eye Blade and transform it into two blades(3ft), each held by a drone. This allows TYPE-0 to attack twice in one turn with her soul bound weapon.
—Strength Name: Sixth Sense —Description: Because of her two drones, she has great vision on the battlefield. While the drones are by Type-0, she is able to see in all directions around her. She can deploy the drones to go scout for her, and is able to see and hear what they pick up (1 meter radius). Cannot be used while primary weapon is summoned.
—Strength Name: Innocent Charm —Description: It is hard not to like TYPE-0. She has a sense of charm to her that seems to catches other people's eyes. If she were to trip and fall, she'd have a thousand hands waiting to help her up.
Charm starts at tier 2.
—Strength Name: Super Human Strength —Description: TYPE-0 is armed with extremely high strength and is much stronger than the average human, able to lift up to 500lbs. She is able to jump to extreme heights and lift extreme amounts of weight in Orgia. (+10% to physical attacks.)
—Strength Name: Burst —Description: Orgia mode only. TYPE-0 can use thrusters in her back and feet to gain the ability of flight (Up to 10 meters and 50ft/2s). She also has greatly increased physical damage (+15%).

—Weakness Name: Slow Learner —Description: Does not deem studies as important as other human tasks. She is more focused on the people in the classroom than the material at the current time.
Knowledge start at rank 0. (Takes two rank ups to reach 2).
—Weakness Name: All Fists —Description: While great with her hand to hand and sword combat, she is not very akin to wielding magic. Her endurance for magical attacks is very low. Max SP is lowered(-10%).
—Weakness Name: Complete Spaz —Description: When playing the role of a normal girl, she will become clumsy and be very accident prone. She will hit her head on everything, trips/slips/slides and falls occasionally. Does not perform well in sports.
Though great in combat, her accuracy is not the best. Her clumsiness carries over into battle and reduces her luck(-10%).
—Weakness Name: Drones Are Made of Glass —Description: TYPE-0 will lose her Sixth Sense if her drones(2) are destroyed. They are quite fragile and can be knocked out in one hit each. She will be unable to summon her 3rd Eye Blade for 1 turn. They can be spawned back when TYPE-0 calls for them, but they lose their sight for 3 turns. Taking out one drone while the other is still present halves her perspective.
—Weakness Name: Blind Recoil —Description: While in Orgia, TYPE-0 loses sixth sense and receives recoil on her hits (15%) at the cost of the increased strength.

The Background
History:
Dr. Erdeli was a skilled engineer, specializing in the creation of Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapons. He worked with the government for the majority of his career, until he was diagnosed with a terminal disease. Having a family, consisting of his wife and daughter, Erdeli decided for a early retirement, in wishes to be with his family for his remaining years and raise his daughter, Nina... The years passed peacefully.

The peace was brought to abrupt end. An accident occurred one night, and Erdeli was the only surviver of his family. While the exact details of what occurred that night are shrouded in mystery, it was clear the family were attacked by demons. Dr. Erdeli, forever scared, swore to do everything in his power to eradicate the shadows. He began work privately on this goal for the remaining time he had left.

Born from the despair and hatred of a grieving father, TYPE-0 was created to be a magnificent combat machine-however, the android was identical to his daughter's appearance. During development, Erdeli's grief overcame him and his focus had shifted. He programmed TYPE-0 to act in place as his daughter, and developed the weapon with the goal of living the life of Nina Erdeli. The desire to see her face again drove him into creating a exact copy, but unfortunately the father was out of time. The last thing Erdeli saw was TYPE-0 opening her eyes upon her birth. The crazed scientist died a peaceful death, having no more desires that tied him to the physical world. Erdeli, anticipating he wouldn't live long enough to see TYPE-O passed her birth, downloaded as much information as he could into the android's database, to insure she would able to blend in as a normal girl.

TYPE-0, now using the name Nina, enrolled herself into school to fulfill the wishes of Dr. Erdeli and to live the life his daughter could not. But there is no way to bring Nina back from the dead, TYPE-0 is still a weapon created to destroy demons, and on a journey to find her own self.

Please list your character's height and weight under the appearance section. You'll also need to specify the length of your soulbound weapon, but you don't need to do the same for your gun considering it's a ranged weapon and can be assumed to have the same dimensions as any other gun of its type.
Record your Evoker as Mental Shackles. It should be a part of the template between the Place of Residence and the Academy Semester.
When it comes to your strengths and weaknesses you have to have a corresponding weakness for each strength. While you do already have the same amount, you still need to make it so that for each strength with a direct mechanical boost you have a weakness that confers a decrease to something at a similar amount. For example, your Innocent Charm strength is perfectly acceptable, but you'll need to have a weakness that impacts a different social quality to balance things out.
Aside from that, there's some input I have to offer for specific strengths and weaknesses.

I'm a bit iffy on this since it seems to be bordering on soul skill territory, but it should be fine I think. Just make sure to note that the drones have to stay on the same space as her when it comes to dungeon traversal. Otherwise, this is alright by me.

The mechanical effect is alright, but keep in mind that when it comes to feats of strength unrelated to your Persona that you won't literally be at superhuman levels unless you make this exclusive to Orgia Mode. If you can then I'd also appreciate it if you could give an estimate of the maximum amount of weight she could lift on her own.

You'll have to choose between the increased damage and the extra chance of critical. If you pick the damage boost then you should lower it to 15% in my opinion since that's the highest most character strengths can go.

Are you sure you want to take this as a weakness? It's not damning per se, but as a Psyche Terrorist it'd certainly make you stand out more and could very easily draw the attention of the Cadets if you aren't careful. It's up to your discretion, but I'd think it through carefully first were I in your shoes.

This seems somewhat too tame of a weakness to balance out the advantage that the drones give while they're active. I'd suggest adding a negative effect for Nina herself like her senses being slightly lowered when they're destroyed due to being used to the drones perceiving most of her surroundings for her.

You can keep it as is if you wish, but 20% seems somewhat excessive. If you want then you can lower it to taking 10% recoil damage.
All that being said, everything else looks great and once you make the required changes I'll approve it. Though while this is a bit of a minor nitpick, the main kind of enemy you'll be facing in Endymion are Demons, so you might wanna swap out any mentions of Shadows to reflect this.

You forgot to add in your height and weight from the looks of it.
Strengths and weaknesses look fine to me aside from the flight strength. 1,000 feet in the air is really excessive even for Orgia Mode. I'd say lower it to about 40 or 50 feet maximum.

12 feet seems too long. I could see you raising it to that with a soul skill or something along those lines, but as the base length, I think it's too much. Lower it to 6 feet and I'll give it my blessing. As for splitting the swords, in hindsight that should be a character strength of its own considering the possibilities that it opens up in PvP, so if you want that you'll have to replace one of your strengths. If you do decide to go that route though, I'd be fine with letting it also confer the effects of a double dexterity strength (a strength that lets you attack twice in one turn with your soulbound).
