Noctis is a bit extravagant when he wears his clothing. He usually goes above and beyond what the normal attendees would wear to get away from their similar, style of clothing. Apart from his amber/golden eyes, and his mildly short hair, nothing seems out of the ordinary for him. He weighs about 160 lb. And has a height of 5'10".
Personality: He is as you would call, a hopeless romantic. He is always fascinated by bonds of love or friendship and how they would form. He is sometimes with people watching as they talk, not talking himself. Normally he will study in those situations. He enjoys love, and wishes to find out how it works, as such he is very friendly, and excitable despite dressing so refined and looking his age. He is fascinated by human females since they look much like the other female attendants he knows, but have to be different. So talking to them is interesting to him. Nothing pleases him more than to explore any surrounding he may find new, just to see what else is out there. But he is not without his tastes. And by tastes, he means food. He is a sort of connoisseur of all things culinary. He has a pretty ridiculous amount of knowledge of food, and will be often seen popping a type of small food or candy into his mouth, most often being lollipops. He knows the ingredients and what makes what you might be eating taste so good. He could decipher the next secret recipe, yet despite all his knowledge, he could not be a worse cook if he set fire to all of his works and added some rat poison, as he knows human food, but he knows not of how to make it, though he himself doesn't cook that often.

He can talk people out of an argument. Now while he can't get one side to agree or end the anger completely, he can stop it from getting worse and calm people down.

The Background

History: Noctis is Latin for the word "Night". And it was apparently a dark night in the Velvet room when Noctis was conceived. He doesn't know why it was called a "dark" night, and apparently no one wanted to tell him. Nonetheless, he was kept in the Velvet Room most of his life, that is until he was sent out to do some simple surveillance. However that faithful day, he became hungry, and went to get something to eat at what he now knows are "restaurants". He sat down, and ordered a simple burger. The moment he took a bite, his future was completely changed. He suddenly became more and more into food, making more excuses to get out, to sneak and eat whether it was against the rules or not, he didn't know. Eventually he directly asked Master Igor if he could go to the outside and do constant surveillance for information. And after enough asking, Igor eventually complied, so the only reason he would need to go back is for a guest of the Velvet Room, or for his own Compendium, which he still hasn't attained. He volunteered at Kizuna Academy, and goes there every so often, seeing as it was one of the greatest concentrations of people, where bonds could form, and now is there as an assistant for different things, usually either organizing, or other small tasks.
It was around this time he started to observe people's interactions with one another, which worked best when they were "friends", and even better if they "loved" each other. But what is "friendship" and "love"? He never knew, so as a side project, he began observing human activities to understand how bonds work, how to form and maintain, and what "friendship" or "love" is about. He has made good progress on the questions on "friends". But he has never been able to figure out love. So many different types of it in so many forms. Love and lust to him are about as known to him as any other human. Progress is still slow on that subject, even as he learns himself how to socialize somewhat and learn, he hasn't felt either feeling for himself. What is not to get? And will he ever find out? While he doesn't know the answer, he continues to think, study, observe, rinse and repeat until one day he will find the answer. Whether it is from an epiphany, a guest he would be currently assisting, or some event in the ever changing world, he intends to stick with it till it ends.
