'I would like my compendium back' [Attendant Awakening]

Three levels of social links, Shi had walked through the door immediately after getting her third link. It seemed she would be accepted back since the door had appeared. So since she had completed this task, getting her compendium would be what would happen right? In any case, I walked up to that same table, my gaze was as serious as I could make it, my stare forward towards that same couch. “Igor… I do understand now, ‘The one who governs power.’ I would like to serve here, return home and take care of the future guests. I wish to fulfill my true role in this world.” Shi stepped forward a bit, still staring with her expressionless face. “I am sorry for what I have done in the past. But I would like to start a new.” With that, Shi stared forward, awaiting his response.

Igor sat in his rather large charge with both elbows propped upon his legs. His nose sat comfortably upon his folded fingers as his small eyes stared towards Shi. Standing around him would be his various Attendants, all who had done well in their jobs, surpassing Shi, as she was a failed creation in the past. It appeared the Attendant had learned something during her time of banishment. Extending a hand, Igor would flick a wrist and cause a compendium to be formed above the table he sat behind. It slowly descended down upon the table, its pages empty yet full of possibility. The various Attendants watched the book descend onto the table with amber eyes. They had only heard stories of the failure their older sibling had been. Failing at her duties and being punished before it. Because of this, Justine, Elizabeth, Margaret, Yu, and even William focused more on their duties.

Shi could care less about the other attendants passing her, she still did hate the big nosed freak, but saying that might make her start over. Looking down at the compendium, it still looked the same; it was that same black journal with the chain tied around it. She would slowly pick it up, holding it in one hand as she bowed, staring at the ones who surpassed her. “I will not cause any trouble for the time being.” Shi would turn around, walking away slowly before turning her head just enough to see them in the corner of her eye. “Thank you…” She would look forward and walk to the other side of the room. Opening the door to exit the Velvet room, she looked at them one more time, “I hope you all enjoyed the show.” With that she would steep out the door and back to the carnival from which she entered the door.
