Endymion Common Sense [Please Read]

Endymion is not a mountainous region in the middle of nowhere like Ueitawa. It is not a series of islands like Azores. Endymion is just a single city, and thus it is more closely knit and populated. So, I'm going to put some much needed information out that should be common sense, while some information may not be but needs to be known.

1. This is a single city, not a bunch of multiple cities like the two previous plots. Thus everything is connected. If you're out in the open doing something dumb, you will be seen and reported. Yes, you will be reported by the public if you're in the open doing something illegal or worrying. This opens you up to being invaded soon after by the police or any form of law enforcement. So don't be dumb unless its your character's personality to do such a thing. And you never, NEVER, control the law enforcement like the police. Only moderators may control the police force or any NPCs such as that. So go into an Alleyway or something.

2. People know the Eternal Divide was caused by a Woman labeled a Psyche Terrorist. Thus, they fear Psyche Terrorists and will react in fear to them. Though the normal public cannot see Personas clearly, they do see them as shadowy figures similar to the appearance of demons to them. Thus, if you're outed as a Persona User, you will be reported.

3. Only cadets that are First Class can control any NPC law enforcement. And even then, you can't control them to attack, only to assist in locking down an area or assisting in stopping someone from escaping. Police are humans, thus they use the statistics of a none awakened user. They may be strong vs other humans but virtually useless in combat vs Persona Users.

4. District Heads are the leaders of their respective Districts. They make the rules, and thus if you are a cadet in their District they are your superior. However, Julius is your boss, so an order from him comes above theirs. However, each District Head makes the rule of their District, not the Queen, thus if they are removed then potentially the District's corruption will go with them.

5. Ueitawa and Azores does exist in this universe. Endymion takes place only a few years after the Azores side plot in terms of timeline, even though that side plot doesn't occur in the current universe we are in.

6. Persona Users and Nyarlathotep Children are classes exclusive to Psyche Terrorists and Cadets respectively. Unlike in past plots, Nyarlathotep Children do not Awaken by receiving their power from Nyarlathotep, but instead acquire it from ingesting the blood of Queen Isla (though this process is kept secret from the general public). Similarly Forgotten are no longer created by the "Yachiru Group" of past plots; it should be done by either the government in Endymion or some sort of small original organization devised by you for your character's backstory.

7. There are multiple endings for Endymion and there will not be a follow up side plot after it. So if you get a bad ending, that's it.

This is it so far unless more come to mind... I will make an update to this topic if more does come so it's known.
