Summoning Device:An item looking rather similar to a portable game console tied to his arm the item activates on its user touching the screen the summoning device also tracks Kaname's location at all times.
Appearance:
With a slender build Kaname looks almost twig like with his body not really posing that much of a threat, and with him standing at only about 5'8 he does not outdo many people in the height department his jet black hair and formal uniform show his 'allegiance' to the military however due to his seemingly rather youthful appearance his uniform looks more like a school outfit and with his seemingly kind smile he seems to be a well-adjusted and nice individual however under the surface leaves much to be discovered.
Personality: Kaname is a loser by nature but a monster by personality, his life has been nothing but failures and unfortunate mistakes but while this would seemingly make a person negative he holds the appearance of a kind and happy individual only when you come across him would you see his true nature as a sadistic and amoral creature who wants nothing more than for people to be on his level.
Kaname however while a negative and harrowing person can tend to be some what perverted and uncouth in nature, he does nothing but keep up the trend of a hapless loser in the presence of women however his darkness could be seen if it comes to getting his way so much so he would kill hundreds simply on the promise of something he wants that, for the promissory may end up dangerous.

—Description:For such a person he is Kaname is well known to be optimistic to almost a fault so much so that nay-saying could lead to bloody circumstances...

—Description:Kaname is unwelcoming to those who take the lives of those around him, not because they were close but because they were his property and not to be messed with without his say so, though some of his allies have been known to fall in strange circumstances...

—Description:The ultimate form of this word Kaname is well versed in all sorts of nerd and geek knowledge so much so that he is usually found citing something from an anime or manga.

—Description:Such an unfortunate soul tends to look out for number one and that's just what Kaname does more that this its near enough impossible to trust him on his word as he will be child-like one moment then monstrous the next.

The Background
|
History: A born loser Kaname was born into a kindly household but was for the most part a disappointment to those around him. It was when he ran for his university classes presidency that he felt he could win something, thanks to his vice president a lovely girl whose actions and effect on the area as a whole made the world a better place Kaname was voted into the role as president, though he did win it was not his victory.
When the demon attack were reported however the world became twisted and those in the university held up there hoping to stay safe, one day a military incursion entered the area when they entered the university they came across the room that was Kaname's classroom. What was recorded in there made the strongest of the military men hardened men who had seen many die never mention it again.
The bloodied classroom was filled with the dead of the students from the class, what was more was there was one surviving student, his jovial nature and smile was worrying but something else even more so the girl he was stand above... Her face was stripped to the flesh. When the soldiers questioned the student he simply said in a happy fashion. "I wanted to see if I liked her only for her good looks, turns out my Vice-president wasn't all she expected."
The student Kaname was brought to the barracks of the military and agreed to be a prisoner/soldier for the nasty jobs that those who were to important to lose all the while wondering when and if he could get some soap for all the blood on his clothes and hands cause face mutilation can apparently get 'messy'.

Passive Boosts: The Persona of the Tower Arcana are commonly Persona excelling in physical-based affinities. Users have a latent 15% boost in damage resistance against physical-based skills and a 15% boost to their Ppstr stat.
Faction Perk:The Military gets the option of starting with two Soul Bound weapons. Any one of them can be a firearm as well.
