All about looks [Ava]

That was the message Athena had texted to the punk girl named Ava who she had met the other day. The way she understood the little weirdo managed to pass her cadet entrance and was now her colleague. Athena also knew that after the latest assembly she outranked all the other newcomers with the only exception that chick from the church, Maria. To her understanding with the announcement of the ranks two factions have been created within the Queen's ranks, those who would recognize Maria as their leader and those who would support her. Athena didn't know what was Maria's agenda but considering her religious fervor it would obviously align with that of the church, hers on the other side had to do more with the traditional peasant ambition, join the halls of the nobility and hang out with the lucky folks who get to be invited to all the parties. It didn't take a genius to realize it was better being a courtier than a nun.

The first person Athena set her eyes on was Ava. Unlike most of the cadets she had met she didn't seem to have any other goals other than have fun. She could of course be mistaken but a girl as clever as her wasn't familiar with that feeling. Athena also knew that Ava was aware her cute girl demeanor was just part of a charade the model has created, though she could be unaware of the reasons behind it, still Athena wasn't about to let her mask fall off, especially in a public place where her limited fanbase could be found. She made sure to dress in a manner that would make her look sweet despite how different that was from her true personality

Ava would respond in a rather regular manner, she wasn't one of the more expressive types, she was also well aware that the way Athena was acting didn't match the talk that they both had upon first meeting. Of course, the woman would simply just trudge on over to the square to meet up with Athena so that they could begin shopping for whatever. She did recall that Athena previously told her that she would help Ava pick out a new style of clothing. Given her previous outfit was rather....Thuggish and ragged, a accurate reflection of her own personality and the way which she came off to others. The ranks had come out recently as well, and athena was placed in a higher position alongside some other girl she didn't really know.

There were too many questions at that moment, but so little time to answer them. Ava would enter the mall in a more...Regular outfit than before to say the least. She still wore her ragged type of ensemble, and her tattoos were quite visible,attracting the odd stares of others around her. However her pants were not sagging this time, and the vest she wore was less...Torn the hell up. Alright I'm here.The forgotten said as she approached Athena, it really was a clash of two different worlds, the woman would analyzed athena upon meeting up with her again. Dressed better than her as usual and clearly trying to get someone or something elses attention. Things like fashion were rather foreign tot he woman given her mentality. So. We're gonna buy some new outfits today?

Athena did her best to main her smile when she saw Ava, secretly she had wished the woman would develop a sense of style as an epiphany or something of course no such thing had happened. "Oh dear... we certainly don't have much time to waste. You should honestly rethink the way you chose to present yourself. Unless of course you want to hang out with that brute the Queen keeps for her protection, this one will just think less of you no matter how well you're dressed. Athena scanned the area for the nearby shops trying to judge which one was ideal for the woman, she should find outfits that would be better than her current clothes but still have some form of uniqueness.

Finding a post punk clothes store was tricky. This style had died ages ago and it was even more cult to be dressed like that now, even the most extravagant designers avoided it at that point. Still no reason to condemn a more retro decision. "Follow me I think I found our ideal place." Athena said as she guided the woman to the store. While they browsed the items Athena decided to start a bit of chit chat. "So is there a specific reason you dress like that. I mean no offense but I'm curious if you just don't care about what others think of you or if you actively want to provoke them."
