Human Skill Name: Black Butterfly's Flight Persona Name: Last Man Tier: Tier 1 Cost: N/A Type of Damage: Passive Description: A small swarm of ethereal, black butterflies follows Azami and her allies wherever they go. The party travels an extra square further than they normally would. Additionally, when she or one of her party members uses Shadow Accel, the swarm will temporarily dissolve into the shadowy streaks they're giving off, empowering them with a slight boost in speed that allows them to quadruple the number of squares traveled instead of tripling it. Outside of dungeon traversal, this translates to being able to travel a maximum of six meters forward with Shadow Accel, as opposed to the typical limit of five.
Human Skill Name: Deluding Fog Persona Name: Last Man Tier: Tier 4 Cost: N/A Type of Damage: Passive Description: Whenever Azami enters battle a thick, red mist will rapidly appear around her and across the battlefield. This field of fog will surround and envelope everything within eight meters of her and will passively follow her wherever she goes. The murky mist will mildly obscure the visibility of everything situated within and directly behind it making it somewhat more difficult to pinpoint the location of Azami and anyone else (friend or foe) within it. Any enemies caught within the range of the fog will begin to feel themselves growing weaker and slightly dizzy. As long as they stand inside the Deluding Fog, they'll be subject to a 5% debuff to their attack, defense, and agility. This debuff will stack on top of any others and any passives or bonuses that increase the effectiveness of debuffs (such as Azami's Devil Arcana boost for instance) will affect it as well. Until the foes exit from the fog, the effects of the debuff will continue to persist, though if and when they successfully manage to escape from it the decrease to their attributes will instantly disappear. Skills like Dekunda can also remove the effects, but they won't dispel the mist itself and the effects will resume immediately the next turn, meaning that the only way to be truly rid of them is to avoid the fog entirely.
In PvS combat it functions as an automatic debuff. When combat begins, the effects will immediately be applied to any and all enemies, just like how an Auto-Masuku would immediately increase the party's agility. As stated before, however, the debuff stacks on top of others and a Dekunda will only negate it for a turn. The effects will last for four turns after which the fog will fade from the battlefield and the enemy will return to their normal strength.
It should be noted that Personas, as an extension of the self and the soul, are susceptible to it as well. So if someone summoned their Persona directly inside the fog or had it charge forward into it, they'd still be affected by the debuff as though they themselves were standing in it.

Remember: enemies debuffed by 20% still. Factor that in when you calculate for the damage you take since Jerry forgot to again.
