Persona Name: The Twelfth Doctor.
Persona Type: Initial Persona
Persona's Arcana: Hierophant.
Owner: Takeru Kagemaru
Persona Appearance: A ghostly version of Capaldi's Twelfth Doctor appears, clad in the velvet jacket outfit, it stands at about a height of 5 ft, 7 inches. When summoned, it appears with the TARDIS as well, and Twelve comes out of the TARDIS once time comes.
Persona Background: The twelfth incarnation of the time lord known as The Doctor, he is the (at the time of writing) current one. He travels around in his TARDIS, a machine that can travel anywhere in time and space with companions. The current one as of this time is Pearl Mackie.
Strengths: None.
Weaknesses: None.
Passive Boosts: The Personas of the Hierophant Arcana have no weaknesses, but no particular strengths as well. SP and Luck are given a latent 15% boost.

Skill 1: Zio | Inflicts a small amount of Electricity damage to one enemy. | 4 SP | Tier 1
Skill 2: Mazio | Inflicts a small amount of Electricity damage to all enemies. | 6 SP | Tier 1
Skill 3: Regenerate 1 | Recovers 2% of max HP on each user turn | Passive | Tier 1
Skill 4: Elec Boost | Increases Electricity damage output 25% | Passive | Tier 2
Skill 5: Zionga | Inflicts a moderate amount of Electricity damage to one enemy. | 6 SP | Tier 2
Skill 6: Mazionga | Inflicts a moderate amount of Electrical damage to all enemies. | 16 SP | Tier 2
Skill 7: Dekaja | Remove stat increase from all enemies. | 15 SP | Tier 2
Skill 8: Mind Charge | The next Fire, Ice, Electrical, Wind, Earth, or Almighty magic attack will be 2.5 times greater in power. | 15 SP | Tier 3
Fusion Attack: (The Ultimate attack between you and your Persona. When using this, your Persona gifts you with the capability of performing a powerful attack. However, once this is done you can not summon your Persona again for the remainder of the topic. The attack does Tier 3 amount of damage. If you're an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon this technique is replaced by your Orgia Mode. For more details on Orgia Mode, refer to the Character Types screen under Vital Information.)

Description: Takeru and Twelve Team up to create a massive sonic storm of electrical energy through the TARDIS. This deals tier 3 electrical damage to all enemies.

Cost: 5 sp.
Type of Damage: None. (Mental Ailment):
Description: A powerful angry glare made by Twelve so scary, it has a 25% chance of inflicting the Panic ailment to one enemy. Doesn't allow the enemy to summon or use persona based skills if successful. Wears off after 3 turns.
Soul Skill Name: Sonic Scan.
Persona Name: The Twelfth Doctor.
Tier: Tier 2
Cost: 15 Sp.
Type of Damage: None.
Description: The Twelfth Doctor uses his Sonic Screwdriver to detect an enemy's stats and weak points.

Persona Name:Persona Type: Prime Persona Persona's Arcana: Heirophant Owner: Takeru Kagemaru Persona Appearance:  A figure clad in blue robes, it looks human, save for the blank white eyes it has. You would be forgiven for assuming that it was an actual human being surrounding him. However, it is anything but... Persona Background: The Stranger's origin is his New-52 version of him. In this one, he is Judas, one of three beings judged for an unforgivable sin by higher powers. His punishment is that he is immortal, unable to die until he has atoned sufficiently- by betraying somebody. Now, he wanders through out time and space, preferring not to interfere.... usually. Blocks: Light. Strengths: Dark, Elec. Weaknesses: Slash, Pierce, and Fire

Skill 6: Regenerate 3 | Recovers 6% of max HP on each user turn | Passive | Tier 3
Skill 7: Invigorate 3 | Recovers 7 SP on each user turn | Passive | Tier 3
Skill 8: Spell Master | Halves the SP cost for all magic skills. | Passive | Tier 4

Looks fine, Your soul skill you can just say is full analysis.
What is your Tier 2 and Tier 1 Human Skills however?Since you have initial as well.
For the arena, just remember I will make the thread for you two to enter btw. | |
