Appearance: Devon is a black, swept back haired individual. He has forest green eyes which is what is most distinguishable in his appearance. Most of the times he is seen wearing his Seven Stars uniform, but, when caught outside of the school schedule, he wears a yellow suit adorned with a red tie.

His height measures around the 1,80 meters and his weight is around the 87 kg. He usually has a straight posture, however when no one is looking, he can be a bit more relaxed.

Alternate Appearance: Upon entering his alternate appearance, Devon obtains a red cape which reaches around the height of his knees. He gets equipped with a golden knight helm inspired mask, a golden chestplate and golden armor leggings which reach his chins.

Personality: Devon is what often is considered to be a 'killjoy'. He is a serious person who enjoys being taken seriously. While true to what he does and says, Devon takes in consideration what can negatively affect those around him and refrains from saying such things. His ultimate crack in his personality are falls. People falling cracks him up, even though he always moves in to help those that fell, even if laughing.

Overall, he enjoys the old values of respect and has great consideration for justice. Being buried in books in his childhood, led to the knowledgeable individual he is today.

The Background

History: Devons story began around when he had to move to Endymion City. In his elementary school days, he was heavily bullied for being the son of the CEO of a corporation of some prestige causing the other bullies to look at him like the spoiled and easy to pick on brat he was. The bullies at school used to circle around him called him not so nice names and got to the point of physical aggression which ultimately led to an injury in his left knee. Soon after, his father took care of the situation with the school and got the bullies suspended. Devon then asked his father to sign him up in a Gym so he could finally learn to defend himself.
However, little did he know that bullies were not the only thing he would have to defend himself against. Soon after these events, the dark days come, in which during the night the streets get infested with Demons.

Alright, for your strengths and weaknesses.

We don't have Knowledge here as one of the traits. I assume you probably meant Intelligence? Since that fits the most with it. Also, you can only make it start at rank 2. If you wanted rank 3, you'd need to dedicate 2 strengths to it. With that, you'll also need a weakness that affects a different trait to balance it. For example making it that you'll need to go through rank 1 twice on one of the others before upping it.

For the rest of them, you might want to be more specific. What does it mean to gain early access to 'Alertness'? It's not any official ability here, so this sounds a little confusing. You could just make him be naturally more alert based on his observation skills if you want.

Seeing as you aren't taking any strengths that affect stats and battle mechanics directly, you don't really have to take such weaknesses, though you can if you're fine with possibly nerfing yourself more than necessary. For the buff one, you'd need to specify a chance of failure. For example having it be a 10% chance a buff doesn't affect him. The miss chance one would need a specific number as well if you want it to apply in the combat system. If not, just clarify that it's only towards his own attacks, such as punches etc., without the use of his powers.

Other than that, specify the lenght of his soulbound weapon.

Miss chance is only measured in 10s, so it would have to be at least 10% to have any effect as 5% would make no difference at all. Though, there's a difference between a normal kick and an attack with his sword, as the sword is his soulbound (unless he uses a random one). For attacks that don't deal with his power at all, like the kick, a miss chance isn't even necessary, since they don't run on that in the first place. It could apply to his soulbound sword though.
