| There was no escaping the swing of the demoness's long arm. Charles took a few steps back, dazed, his Persona dissipating for a moment. Really now... Even Jack fell... But he stood back up... They'd all keep standing back up. For this island, for those they cared about. And so he returned to his spot, boldly summoning his Persona again. "Lia, quick, get in front of the, uh, guy not in a Power Rangers costume!" The blonde threw her arm backwards to point at Charles, just as Hou-ou flew up from behind her and perched on her shoulder. Following this, Rita quickly ducked under the incoming claw and smashed her fists together, causing her golden hair to glow a brighter gold than before, as well as her eyes to turn a deep, shining red color. "No, Rin, we're simply stating our view... whether you agree to it or not isn't considered in it. I trusted you shared them either way..." Though, as she turned around, Rita's frown deepened with a scowl upon seeing the girl unconscious. She could get her up if she only had a little more time... but Jack was here, he knew how to handle this too.
"Alright, hang in there!" With a flourish befitting her acrobatic skills, Lia quickly jumped in front of the android and called Alraune to her side, quickly catching the brunt of the wind attack that she could thankfully withstand with ease. With a relieved smile, the performer extended her hand towards Charles to get him back into the fight, just in case. "This really is a scary battle, but she's nothing like Nesoi. Come on, we can take her down." Her scarred eyes somehow looked even more prevalent now, but the bright green in them was still as beautiful as ever.
"Just what I expected..." A small smirk crept across Rita's face as she felt Alraune's power flow to one of the hands again, weakening its blows once more. They could get through this...- Stats:

| "S-So little effect," Jack's eyes widened at how little AkibaRed's attack did to the colossal beast, and how it seemed to not even notice the impact. "Tch, Guess we just have to hit harder," With a heroic shout Jack dove to the ground to duck under the monstrous beast's sweeping attack, and rolled to his feet using the momentum. "RIN!" Jack called as the attack that he so narrowly dodged slammed into Rin, knocking her clear off her feet and surely taking her out. "She didn't even want to fight you! Don't you get it!? We don't want to fight!" Jack tasted a hint of copper fill his mouth as he strained his voice to shout as loud as he could to the beast "She just wanted to help you! WHY? Why are you here!?""Red Ranger, calm yourself... Let us help the girl..." Megazord's voice called out to Jack from deep within his psyche, trying to bring peace to his rage. "R-Right... Megazord!" Jack focused on his Morpher and summoned Megazord's Tarot Card within it, summoning Megazord to his side. With glowing hands Jack rushed towards where Rin fell and brought a furious fist into the ground beside her, surrounding her in a healing light and waking her from her sleep. "Innocent!" For a moment Jack sat there, letting his fist connect with the ground. "You... You don't even want to be here..." If Rin listened carefully she would be able to make out his words. "I have to end this... I-I have to protect these people. I thought I was strong enough, but I need more power. Heh... You would have already finished this fight, wouldn't you, Hyde... But you're gone, and I'm still here. I don't have a god by my side but I still have to stand and fight, to make sure no one else dies..." Slowly Jack stood and let Magazord take it's place by his side "Rin... Please, if you can, stay behind me... I'm not trying to insult your skills or even boasting about my own... I just-... | The attack hit her hard, sending her sprawling too the ground with a whimper of a cry. It knocked the air out of her, and further more, her consciousness. She wouldn't stay down long, a reviving light awakening her after a few brief moments. Oh... It was almost like a bad dream for a moment. Though, such things were to not be in times like these.
"He died so that others may lived... Didn't he...?" she'd say with a weak smile. She remembered that name. How could she not? That day at the park, the other day at the beach front. They were fond memories of someone she had fallen in love with. Though, she knew something had happened to him at the end of the event. But, that thought gave her hope. He had given so many people hope... And she wouldn't allow others to fall. She wouldn't allow another soul to be lost.
She'd stand on wobbly legs, sighing as she watched Jack. It made her smile an honest smile. He was brave, courageous, he wanted to protect everyone. They were alike in that way. He didn't kill out of malice, no, he did what he did to protect the greater good. An honorable action, even though she found it most detestable. But, that was his path, and she didn't want to see his hope crushed. She'd walk up behind him and hug him, her persona, Tamara, appearing behind her in a flurry of songs. The song she sang rejuvenated all her allies. The song its self was full of hope.
"I fight so that others may live... I'd rather take on the pain and suffering of every person on earth than see another person die. Life is sacred, the life we hold within our bodies is the only thing we have that truly matters. This is what I see. This is my path, and I see no other way. Death can always be avoided, that's why I care about her, that's why I care about you three. I won't allow anyone to die here. No one, even if it costs me my life..." she'd say with a small laugh, letting go of Jack before Mellow began playing the violin. It amazed her how happy the little fairy like creature could be. Maybe it was a sign? It'd be a nice one if it was. "We won't fall to you... So, please, listen to me. Stop fighting back! Just calm down! I want to talk to you, to get your side of the story. Please, won't you let me?" - Stats:

| The first attack connected... And Charles knew, he could just feel it, that the second attack was meant for him, and that it would be enough to knock him out... He was ready for it, though... As long as Jack could finish this... Even if he wasn't here... "...!"The moment was there. As expected, he felt nothing. Not even the wind. He was just out cold now. This was how it worked for him. He couldn't feel it, he'd just shut off suddenly. He'd lose conciousness, cease all though processes until someo- Wait... He was aware, so... "Huh?" He opened his eyes. There was a girl standing between him and the monster. He didn't know her, but she... She mesmerized him with her bravery... Hang in there, she said... He took her hand and nodded. "T-thank you." He said to the girl. They weren't gonna give up. They had it in them to fight, this girl just proved it to him. Somehow, this act brought ease back into his mind. He wouldn't let this get to him. Even if it meant dying, he should stand tall in the face of it all. Though Nesoi... What was that? "You are right. This might be scary, but we can do this. We will do this, even if we're scared!" - Damage Received:

| Rita's ears twitched. Was Jack really talking like that? Him, of all people... She could feel her faith dwindling already. Was this fight really hopeless for them? Whether it was or not, she still had to protect them, right? Rita wasn't just a performer, she was a role model for the people inside, someone they placed all their trust into, someone they, unwitting they may be, gave their lives to. Frankly, so were the others. Even if they arrived afterwards, they were still here, fighting to defend this island, this one circus, and all the people inside it, from a single beast. They all deserved recognition. Those who came to aid her... they were the true heroes here.
And so, she jumped, holding her sword to her chest, in front of the girl she had already unintentionally hurt. With a scratch to her shoulder, Rita fell onto the ground and growled up at the head of the demon, then took a deep breath to calm herself. No, she needed to stay strong... Even the fire couldn't burn her now.
"Jack... what the hell are you talking about..?!" An accidental round fired off from Ember Celica to accentuate Rita's point. "Not strong enough?! Since when do YOU start saying things like that?!" Her red eyes burned, but she didn't look at the ranger. "Hyde fought to keep us alive... Hyde fought to keep everyone alive, but he's gone now. It's useless to ask what he'd have done, we all know the answer. He'd place his life on the line to let others escape safely! That's what he did with us, and we should be grateful that he did." As she straightened her spine, the blonde released a heated breath from her nostrils.
"Every hero has to make a serious choice..." She kept her eyes straight on Tamara. "You either die and mark yourself as a hero, like the fool all of us are, or you run away so you can keep living. Hyde had many flaws, but when it counted, he was a hero. So, if it saves them... I-I don't mind if we fail. Just so long as it accomplishes something!" Another deep breath, as Hou-ou flew to shower their support with a healing flame. The primordial flame... her Aestus Estus, appeared held tightly in her hand."Did you forget, Jack? A hero's true strength..." "Is their iron will!" - Stats:

| "Tch... You sure do know how to talk don't ya Roots," Jack fought back a cocky smirk as he dodged quickly behind a chunk of the ruins large enough to block the mystic flame. He grit his teeth as the intense heat threatened to melt his helmet and torch his suit. The ground around him burst into a crimson flame as he sat there, gathering his thoughts and steeling his will. After a deep breath, he felt his body tighten and prepare for his next move. "Ya know roots... I almost agree with you." With a heroic "Hup" Jack leaped from behind his boulder to a crouched position on top of it. "It's not useless to ask what Hyde would do... Because he's the hero we should all strive to be. He taught me that a hero... A true hero... Is not the one the people cheer for, or the one who's name is sung throughout history... A true hero doesn't give a damn about his public image and never will. The true hero lays his life on the line even when he knows no one will ever thank him for his deeds... I know that now, and I will forever be grateful to him for teaching me that. I am a Hero... And I will gladly die here to defend these people... But Roots, there in lies my disagreement with you," Jack felt his power spike for a moment as his persona's switched and his Red Legacy ignited within him.  "I don't intend to die today!" She was going to say something before the burst of flames came forth and stole her consciousness away. She'd come about quickly afterwords, but with a scowl. Fire, they always had to have fire... Why couldn't it be wind? Lightning? Ice? But, no, fire...
"Why won't you say anything? Why aren't you communicating? Is your rage blinding you so much that you can't even tell me why you're fighting? What do you want to gain out of this? Our deaths? Are our deaths worth that much to you that you'd willingly turn into this form and waist your energy and time on us? Can't we stop this? Can't we just get along? | "Ugh..." Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand no. He couldn't survive the flames. Just look at him, falling against his one Strenght, Fire! It just came to prove what menacing issue this giant demon proved to them, to everybody. Charles shut down. And then came back on, to the sweet tone of a beautiful melody. "M-Mae?" He mumbled as he blinked his eyes open to a visage of a pink-haired girl... She was singing as well, just like Mae... Though only... it wasn't Mae. "Huh?" As the android fully opened his eyes and got back on his feet with the help from one of the girls, holding his head, he was certain that this wasn't Mae. A tremble passed down his body as he realized his dumb mistake, but chose to ignore it. Perhaps the girl heard nothing, yep... Especially not him mistaking her Persona for his ex-girlfriend... That would be embarrassing. "T-thanks." He quickly nodded to the girl and backed away nervously. They needed more sustainment... I-it wasn't because he was trying to think of an excuse to evade an awkward situation, nononononono! The green-haired girl, he could share one of the Balms with her, yes. "Take this! | Rita hastily turned around to see the damage caused by the latest round of attacks, but fortunately, things didn't appear too bad. Jack was the only one targeted this time, and so the performer ran to his side and knelt down beside him just to make sure he was okay.
"Hang in there, Jack..." Once she made sure he was okay, the blonde quickly called Hou-ou back to her mind, then extended her hand forward to make another card fall from the sky. "Maybe you don't think you should die here, today... and, in any other circumstances, I'd agree with you. But, in battle, things aren't always as pretty as that. Don't get me wrong, I'm not planning on dying either, but anyone who stands up to this beast needs to be ready for anything-- and if that anything is giving my life to save the ones at the circus, then that's what it is." She took a deep breath and crushed the ethereal Tarot card. In a burst of light, Nero appeared behind the two, her sword stuck to the ground beside her as the Emperor stared up at the beast. Before any words came out of her mouth, the short Persona silently shook her head.
"That said, my Praetor, it would do you to have more confidence. There's always a way to resolve conflict without raising the stakes so high your life's balancing on their top." The Emperor removed her sword from the ground and walked to her User's side. "You said in any other occasion, you would agree with our Ranger friend here, but what makes this specific event so special? This is a foe in front of you, and we've defeated every other one that's stepped in our way, haven't we?" Nero smirked. "My Praetor, you have too much to live for now, not just yourself. Think of it, how would Mio feel if you sacrificed yourself to save her? Do you think she'd be happy with you?"
Those last words made Rita grimace, and she took a step back. The performer's legs were shaking, and her breathing was ragged. They weren't supposed to die here, right? Even considering that option was erroneous. Come to think of it, what would Hyde think if they even did that, after he gave his own life to save theirs? Rita knew she wasn't happy with that outcome, no-one was... and now, with a lover and daughter, a whole family waiting for her, was she even considering that option?
"That, well... perhaps, we shouldn't speak of death at all." Rita snapped her fingers in tandem with Nero, and a burst of energy erupted around her. Her mind was focused now, she could think a bit clearer... "Instead, we should discard that idea in the first place. Hyde left a lot of people behind that surely didn't want him to sacrifice himself, so why should we do that? We're part of that group too, aren't we? Just because an enemy's too strong to beat doesn't mean we should automatically consider the possibility of sacrificing ourselves to beat it. No, there's always another way, I'm sure of it." The performer took a deep breath and let her gauntlets fade into specks of golden dust. "But even then... if we just had more allies, this would be simpler."
For some moments, Rita pondered this possibility, that there may be someone else that would be better suited to handle this personally... someone else who could aid them in their time of need. A hero doesn't need to fight alone, after all...
"Be cautious, my Praetor... and remember, my blade is yours. Place your faith in my rightful First Flame, and let its light strike your enemies down!" The Persona faded into mist after saying these words in an authoritative tone, leaving only her User behind to ready herself for what was coming.
"Jack... is there anyone you could try to call that can help us?" And that was all Rita said as she took a familiar stance with her sword.- Stats:

| "Charles! Watchout!" Jack shouted as he leaped from the rock and shoulder checked Charles out of the way of the on coming attack. He knew that his robotic companion was still weakened form the last blow he took and would most likely not survive this one... Jack's body moved on its own, forceing him to cock back his right arm and let out a guttural shout as he connected his hand with the demoness' to attempt to block the attack aimed at his partner. He winced in pain as he felt his arm give way slightly... Jack grimmiced as a searing pain rocked up his arm and into his mind. "Tch... That the best you got?" And once again Jack would learn that the best course of action would be to NOT taunt the world eating monstrosity.... No sooner had the words left his mouth did the ground rise up below him and crush his body below a near ton of debris. A few seconds passed before a black gloved hand burst form the tomb of rocks, fallowed shortly by the rest of Jack's battered body. Jack felt his body lurch as he hit the ground, his helmet slowly filling with blood. "I said... is that... The best you got?" Jack coughed as he slowly rose to his feet and removed his helmet. Through red stained teeth Jack smirked and let out a hearty laugh. "It'll take a lot more then that to take me down you kaiju wanna be!" Jack would wobble slightly for a moment and fall on Rita for support. He would be quiet as he listed to her conversation with her Persona. "S-Six out of ten... could have been more... Inspirational... heh. Rita... I'm sorry but I haven't been able to contact my rangers beside Ranger Pink for quite some time, and She's in San Malarus, by the time she reached us it would be over. Joshua and Simon are trying to speak with Dunbar and probably have their hands full at the moment. So far as I know... It's just us, but, heh," MegaZord's tarot card would appear within his morpher, shattering it and summoning the grand machien to his side. "Dynamic! RECHARGE," A red aura would surround the group of hero's, healing not only their bodies but any damage their cloths had taken. His body and his suit restored, Jack would don his helmet again and step away from Rita and nod to where Charles stood. "You Ok Partner?..." Jack would wait for a response before turning his attention back to Tamara. "As for you... I will give you one last chance... Surrender now or face Judgement. Please, we don't want to continue this battle." "You can not win... No matter how many times your break our bodies, we will stand back up to oppose you're attack! That is the human spirit that we defend! The Spirit that we are powered by... You cannot hope to defeat US!"- Stats:
