Ah... Hayabusa Park. A place Caesar visited quite often with Shizuka over the last couple of months since they met. Right during spring-time, it really was the best time of the year. The cherry blossom trees stood in full bloom, and as such, it was a beautiful sight to behold, one that Caesar truly never grew tired of seeing. He had been in multiple parks in his 24 year long life, but none really beat the sights here in Hayabusa. Perhaps one of the reasons why he had settled down here in the Ueitawa region to begin with. His old ties to the company SE.RA.PH were cut a while ago, as he felt like settling down somewhere with those he cared about.
And as such, he stayed here... There were of course a couple of other reasons why he had chosen Ueitawa of all places. It came mostly down to how... familiar this place felt to him. Almost like home... That, and the fact that Shizuka, his now girlfriend, had lived here her whole life. The two had kept in touch over Skype for the most part ever since Caesar returned to Rhode Island with his resignation papers, and all that, and when he returned, he decided to stay in Ueitawa. Him and Shizuka had spent all that time together since, doing all manner of things together, like the friends they were at the time, until the blonde man had decided to take things a step closer... they started dating and everything went smoothly. Much smoother than he had anticipated. Weeks turned into months, and eventually years, and that brings us up to present day, a 24 year old Caesar and Shizuka, walking together, hand in hand, through the park. "
Caesar..." Shizuka said eventually, looking at him. "
Yes, milady?" He replied with a light smile. "
Not to rush you or anything but... why did you-" She gave him a raised eyebrow as the man chuckled, shaking her shoulder gently. "
You have to be patient. I got something... special for you... Just a little bit further..." A mysterious grin made it's way over the man's lips as they proceeded through the park, until they reached a paticular bench underneath a couple of cherry blossom trees. While she was looking around, the man fiddled with something inside one of his pockets. A small, blue box. Small enough to easily fit in one's hand. Once that was done, he'd poke her on the shoulder, causing her to turn around.
What she saw was... Caesar kneeling in front of her, holding out that small, blue box in his hands. He would open the lid slowly, revealing it's contents... that of course being a golden ring...
"Shizuka... will you marry me...?"
