The Biography

Appearance: Partisan, being modelled after the average teen, is a 5'6" tall android with black hair that reaches down to her waist, and a pair of strikingly red eyes. She weighs in at 140 pounds, which is suprisingly lightweight for a machine of her size. She prefers masculine clothes whenever possible, as she is a bit of a tomboy, but it isn't out of the question for her to wear something more feminie on occasion.

Personality: Partisan is a very curious individual, liking to investigate almost anything and everything she comes across that she finds interesting or new, almost childlike in a way. Her way of interacting with the world and it's people can be compared to that of a child in some cases, as she can throw a tantrum over the smallest of things. When the situation demands it however, she can be dependable and mature, seeing as she still has a lot of combat experience from her testing as a prototype. But when it comes to the social life, she's very naïve and will more often than not get into trouble or awkward situations due to her lack of understanding human norms or guidelines. She keeps quiet about her past for the most part, and although social, she doesn't like it when people pry too much into who and what she is. Some might call that hypocritical... but what does a machine with the knowledge of a child in social situations know about hypocrisy?

The Potential

Strengths: (Anything your character is skilled in, such as Martial Arts/ Drawing/ etc? You are allowed a maximum of five strengths and a minimum of three. Inhuman strengths will only be active in Orgia Mode.)

—Strength Name: Experimental Weapon
—Description: Partisan has electromagnets built into her arms, hands, legs and feet, allowing her to control the fine, iron dust she carries with her using this. She controls this dust using her magnets, and can shape it into various sharp objects, like knives, blades and the like. The largest object she could make with this would be a shortsword.

—Strength Name: Quick Runner
—Description: During Orgia Mode, Partisan is an incredibly fast runner, reaching speeds around 60 MPH. In Neo Orgia Mode, however, her top speed goes even further, reaching 75 MPH.

—Strength Name: Curious Like a Child
—Description: Her curiosity is really what makes her a good investigator, leaving no stone unturned until she's truly satisfied and learned what she set out to learn. Her determination and will to learn new things can be quite the force to be reckoned with.

Weaknesses: (You must have the same amount of weaknesses as strengths. These weaknesses pertain to you and not your Persona. IE: Physically Weaker, lack of attention span, etc.)

—Weakness Name: Magnetic Disturbance
—Description: If another, strong magnetic force is present, her soulbound attacks will not function properly. Things like fallen over telephone poles, train tracks and other strong magnets will cause her soulbound weapon to fail. Even Skills Mutated into Magnetic forces will interfere with her soulbound.

—Weakness Name: Burned Out
—Description: Partisan, being only a prototype, has a small glitch in her Orgia Mode... She overheats way warmer than normal, which increases the amount of turns she has to recover from using Orgia mode by 1.

—Weakness Name: Poking my nose everywhere
—Description: Being so overly curious, Partisan has a nasty habit of poking her nose where it clearly shouldn't be, and she frequently oversteps personal boundaries, putting her often in Awkward, if not dangerous situations...

Soul Bound Weapon: (This is the weapon you'll be able to summon to your hand while in combat. This weapon is special for your character specifically and allows you to fight Shadows without the need of summoning your Persona. This can be anything but a Gun (Or gun related weapon))

Weapon Name: Black Sand
Weapon Description: A small pile of a fine, iron dust that's contained within a leather pouch. The range in which she has control over it is a 3 meter radius from herself. There's not enough dust to make larger objects.
Weapon Attack Type: Slash
Weapon Element: (Leave this blank. Only special weapons obtain an element behind its blows.)

The Background

History: Partisan was created as a Prototype model to the Current Mark VIII, Phalanx. When production of the new line of Androids started, Partisan was put into storage until a time where it could be of use arose. One day, the SE.RA.PH network was hacked during a routine check of the storage, and a heist was held. Nothing was stolen, except the prototype unit... The ones who stole it were previous workers at SE.RA.PH Industries who quit their job after Richard Dorsey's death, and replacement by his Shadow. They filled Partisan in on the necessary details... about Phalanx, the events of Azores and of course, Richard Dorsey's current state. She, of course, decided to stand against Dorsey and his army of Anti-shadow Suppression weapons, and finding a way to stop him and his plans for world domination.

Her younger brother, Phalanx, being the last of his kind as well, serves under Richard Dorsey at present, and is Partisan's main target. The two are set up to face off at some point... whoever is victorious... remains to be seen...

Approved:Though I think the Orgia Mode MPH has to be lowered to around 50-60:While Neo would only be slightly h igher. Unless something like 80s the new limit.

Though for your strength:You have to specify the shaping capabilities yes. As those predominantly come from your strength,etc. Not off your SB's description
