Personality:

- He: Ignatius Mistral is what many would define as a fool. He is extremely stubborn and determined, and when he puts his mind on something, he will never stop until he has achieved his objectives. However, he happened to choose to fight a lost battle, which is why people consider him a fool.

Extremely selfless and compassionate, he seeks the well being of those close to him at the sacrifice of his own desires and health, what is the reason why he appears somewhat sickly.

Ignatius is also an extremely introspective and reserved man. Spending a good deal of his time alone, he has become very thoughtful though a little prone to brooding and becoming bitter, this makes him and others feel that he is detached from this world and the people around him, even though he deeply cares about his fellow man.

A very cultured man, if it was not because of his melancholic nature and the many troubles he faces in this time of darkness for him and his family, Ignatius would greatly enjoy the small pleasures of life, yet, as things are now, he seems to be unable to be happy or to take delight on anything. He is obviously deeply depressed, even though, unlike his son, his emotions seem stable and not prone to bursts or sudden ups or downs.

And it is that since the discovery of Abel's illness, Ignatius has become much more reclusive and detached, to the point he brines with bitterness. Yet, contrary to appearances, he is absolutely determined to not give up. To sacrifice it all and go as far as no one has ever gone to save his son. His resolve is unbreakable, even if it's not apparent.

- She: Unlike her husband, Cambria is a much more rational person, even though she does understand her husband and loves him the way he is.

Bent on the happiness of her family, Cambria is extremely protective of them and will destroy anyone (and their families (also including their little dog)) that so much puts a finger on them.

At the same time, she is a truly loving mother that has always nurtured her child and protected him as much as she could, even though she nowadays thinks that perhaps she overdid it a bit.

When it comes to business, she has is extremely astute and cold headed, even heartless. She makes sure she always gets the most of every deal and contract, spreading her many contacts without paying any mind to who she stomps on. This attitude has granted her a huge success of which she is very proud of, though it has also caused her underlings to be quite scared of her, though that's because they haven't met her out of work, when she demonstrates she's really a happy and sweet, loving woman, and not the diabolic mastermind she can sometimes look like.

Another thing is that she cannot stand disorder (what has leaded to more than one discussion with her son), she is always making plans, arranging details and keeping everything in check restlessly. What drives his son nuts. Completely nuts.

When she learnt about her son's fate, for a brief time, she shunk. However, being the extremely strong woman she is, she managed to soon be back to her obligations, keeping her morale and normal attitude. Someone has to do it... However, every night, without anyone noticing, she cries herself to sleep.

Hardly does she ever share these feelings, the crippling hopelessness that overwhelms her with her husband, even if she knows she hasn't much chances of successfully hiding them from her. After all, she's the strong one... If she only could, if she had the power to change the way things are... But no one can do that. No one can fight fate.

The Background

History:

Who would have thought these two would end up together?

Certainly, not their families, friends or anyone really. But here they are, world-renowned surgeon Ignatius Mistral and one of the few descendants of the ancient Premyslid lineage. And it totally was like one of those bad chick flicks on TV. He saw her, she saw him and they fell in loooooovvvveeeee, sickeningly sweet love.

It didn't take long before this couple decided to marry and create a family. In fact, it was extremely quick. Which was certainly a gamble. It's certainly better to take your time with these things.

But hey, it worked out!, And wonderfully I must say. Despite all differences, even the occasional bickering and discussion raised the passion. Only God knows why and how.

Just a few months after they married, the couple established themselves in Japan where Cambria became pregnant of her first and so far, only child, Abel. And so, Ignatius and Cambria begun the adventure of their lives that parenthood was!

To say that Abel was problematic is an understatement. The kid didn't stop bouncing around and running!... It was a shame though, despite his friendly and assertive nature he never truly managed to make friends... It was fine though, Ignatius and Cambria provided with love and care (perhaps too much care) and so Abel grew up as a happy and lively child that seemed to have taken the very best traits from each of his parents. Truly a son to be proud of, truly the star of the family.

And so, happy years passed. Certainly they were not without hardship but everything seemed to come out just right in the end. The Premyslid Group was held almost a monopoly on Asia and Ignatius's research and feats as a surgeon granted him high honors among his colleagues. Abel was not a troublesome teenager. With age, he had calmed down and became more dreamy and tender-hearted, just like his father, while he excelled on his studies and was vividly intelligent and ambitious, just like his mother. He even made some friends and all!

But everything would soon go to hell. We already know that story and how it all went. It was a devastating blow for both Ignatius and Cambria. Suddenly, their world just.. Fell apart. One day it was solid as a tick and the next nothing remained... And Abel... Abel seemed to have become the polar opposite of everything he was... Just like that, their dear child had become aggressive, sour and intimidating... Worst of all, it was all a lie, an act he tried to impose as the truth... But... Why was he lying to them?, Why was he lying to himself?... They just didn't understand. And it pained them. Where was the boy that had made them feel so proud?, Where was everything good that had made Abel the joy of their lives?... No one knew...

Now, the question is... Will these two lovers be able to put it back together?... At what is the price they are willing to pay to do so?

For the record, as long as you're aware that when they are in a topic, only one social link is passed, they'd be approved.

But honestly, they should be treated as just like the Old Couple in Persona 3. They should have one Arcana that defines their relationship with one another that can be passed onto others. They can keep their own separate ones, but together, when interacting, it should be one that mostly relates to their relationship with one another.
