Iwaigodai Notable NPCs

[These NPCs are important to New Arcana's story and some may even be a major help to the Players of the game.]

Natashi Seijo (Currently in Custody):



The current owner of the Natashi Construction Company is Natashi himself. Labeled as a genius back when he attended Kizuna Academy, Natashi followed his father's footsteps to become a creator. Seeing his constructions as true art, he takes almost any job that involves him building something of value. With his potential always being clouded by the smog of Iwaigodai, he looks to expand his company into the neighboring cities and towns. During the disappearance case of last year he was the cause of two of the victims going missing, in hopes of saving them from a life of regrets. Thanks to a power given to him by a supernatural entity, he was able to use Limbo to his liking. However, thanks to the efforts of Persona Users, he was put into custody for kidnapping and is thought to have lost all his power. The Police are having trouble pinning the crimes on him, as none of the victims spoke up about him, nor can he show how he was able to kidnap them in the first place.
