Skill Name:Under Pressure
Skill Description:Nozomi exerts a large force on a ten meter radius of just about any area.Causing the following to occur for the next 3 post rotations. Any enemy in that area will begin to feel a large pressure bearing down on them that feels disorienting and find it far harder to move. This skill essentially creates a "pressure zone" in the area that it's used on, as if a large weight is constantly shaking on top of you. Anyone caught within it will find it rather hard to move or really percieve things/aim well as an example because of the large pressure bearing down on them. In PVS Combat phase, this simply works as a Masukunda. He himself is immune to any of the effects of this zone should he be caught in it, nor does it effect allies. this skill only works on enemies directly opposing him.

Skill Tier:3

Cost:12 SP

Bear in mind that only you are immune to the effects. Anyone who steps into the zone other than you will feel its effects and they will be just as strong as a normal speed debuff. Approved.
