Persona Appearance: A tall humanoid with bright blue skin who is wrapped in an elegant white cloak with a color made of silver and laced with gold. Forseti also has short black hair, wears a circlet-like crown made from wood, walks around barefoot, and wields a golden staff with a metal ball on the end of it.

Persona Background: Forseti is known in Norse mythology as the "God of Justice", and is called a mediator and reconciler of men, unlike his other counterpart Tyr. With this his court is known as the fairest, though sadly other than that any information on him is relatively non-existent, leaving much of this obscure god in mystery.

Description: Forseti taps his staff on the ground before four chains of light sprout from the ground and bind the target where they stand. And finally the ground around them will radiate, dealing strong Hama damage before the chains dissipate.

Description: Zeto wraps Naraka around an enemies ankle and yanks them towards him. As the enemy flies back at great speed, Zeto strikes them at the center of there back with all of his might, making it appear as if they might break in half from the impact.

Your starting HS has to be Tier 1. Plus your skill itself is something you can normally do with your soulbound weapon already given its nature. What you could do for the Human Skill to help it do what you want it to do is give it a period of three turns to where you could either control the end of it, or perhaps increase the length of the chain up to a certain distance.
