Appearance: From his unkempt hair to his disheveled clothes, Geoff never looks quite right. His crooked smile and sleepless eyes are almost haunted in appearance. His posture is somewhere between "apathetic slouching" and "too tired to stand", his every movement sluggish. His light skin has almost certainly never seen the sun, as its pale tone might suggest. He stands at around 172 cm.

Personality: Sarcastic, snide, sardonic... Geoff is not entirely the most pleasant person to be around. Somewhere in his stream of nihilistic remarks, however, he does seem to care. While he may try to actively alienate those he's around, he does genuinely care for their well-being and health, hoping beyond hope that he may improve their lives. To this end, he is generous, both with gifts and with advice, and will aid any who ask for his assistance. Just don't expect him to sound happy about it.

While most of his knowledge pertains to dissecting the deceased and determining the cause of their death, Geoff's expertise with human physiology extends to treating fractures, some disease and other bodily ailments. —Description: Geoff, despite being around disease constantly, never seems to get sick. You could sneeze into his face for hours and hours, and he'd never contract a single disease. [Poison is 15% less likely to affect him]

—Strength Name: Give Sick
—Description: While his profession may be to mend and assist the living, his magic cares a lot more about rendering foes incapable of retaliation. Something about his potent magic makes enemies afflicted with his statuses less able to shrug it off. [Ailments Geoff inflicts last 1 turn longer]

—Strength Name: I Am Full Of Useful Knowledge
—Description: Geoff's ability to recall really pointless things is quite astounding, really. Ever wonder about the mating patterns for a certain species of bird? He's got you covered. Curious about how to create homemade glue? Geoff's your man. Don't know which color is orange and which one is persimmon? Got your back.

—Strength Name: Watchmaker, Watchmaker, Make Me A Watch
—Description: Having a lot free time in the Velvet Room has made Geoff antsy to get out into the world and see its many sights. Of course, he has spend that free time somehow. As such, Geoff picked up tinkering, especially with watches and other highly-complex mechanical devices, to pass the time. He's made several watches which he will be quick to show off, and has a large number of side projects, all of which seem either useless or deranged in nature.

—Weakness Name: Fragile Flesh
—Description: While Geoff may never get sick, he does bruise rather easily. As such, he tries to avoid physical violence whenever possible. [Geoff receives an additional 15% damage from Physical skills and attacks]

—Weakness Name: Invoked Emnity
—Description: There's just something about how he taunts and teases enemies when he fights that make them more riled up. A lot of the time, this results in just getting hit, but other times it sets him up to get hit even harder. [When inflicted with a debuff, the effect increases by 15%]

—Weakness Name: It's A Book, Not A Knife
—Description: You don't seriously expect a book to suddenly be able to down anyone out of the blue without a little persistence, do you? [Geoff's Soulbound Weapon cannot critically hit]

—Weakness Name: Nihilistic
—Description: Geoff's outlook on life is rather defeatist. What point is there to humans doing anything when all they do is die in the end, after all? Such viewpoints tend to make most people find Geoff rather annoying at best, downright antagonistic at worst.

—Weakness Name: Blue-Minded
—Description: As an Attendant of the Velvet Room, Geoff has not spent a lot of time outside of it. His logic is often times flawed when pertaining to human affairs, and he is pretty poor at realizing when enough is enough. His time in the Velvet Room has trained him to think more philosophically and esoterically, which can get in the way of finding the obvious, simple solutions to problems.

Weapon Description: Thin, black plates hold together two separate screens, in which is a digitized compendium of all of Geoff's medical and magical knowledge. On the front, the compendium's title is emblazoned in bold red letters, and on the back are the words "Don't Die" printed in a bigger, friendlier font.

The Background

History: Tending to a tiny hospital room can be rather boring. Sure, he was created with a wealth of medical know-how and a winning personality to boot, but both of those were useless when all he could do all day was stare at an empty bed, waiting for someone to wake up in it.

Why he was assigned to Erisia is unknown to him, and while he usually respected Igor's wishes, this was perhaps the most boring thing he'd ever done. After a few hundred or so requests, Igor finally relented, allowing Geoff to interact with the outside world, as long as he still upheld his typical duties. Ecstatic, Geoff immediately found a job at a hospital and proved his extensive knowledge (much to his interviewer's surprise, given his lack of formal education). He found his niche in dealing with the deceased, as his bed-side manner mattered less there.

Still, he's waiting for someone or something to show up so he can start his actual job.

That critical hit weakness is a little harsh, so it can be limited to only your Soulbound weapon and not any skills. That said, everything else looks just fine, so approved with that little note.
