Parangelia Notable NPCs

-Mysterious Man, Dio - The Devil-

A very strange person assumed to live within Parangelia. He is, for all intents and purposes, a fairly fresh face to anyone aligned with the God Nyarlathotep, mostly His Wild Card, but one they recognize from some inner force nonetheless. The man himself is calm and snarky, always with a grin on his face, and doesn't seem to have any kind of care in the world. Whenever he appears, it is most often to Nyarlathotep Children or their Wild Card. Despite being such an odd person, regular residents of the city barely acknowledge his presence, albeit they can see him perfectly.



-Kalosini Dhalia, The Maiden of Harmonia - The Sun-

The Maiden ruler of Parangelia, much like her sister Lux. She prefers to be called Kalos instead of her full name. Like her sister, she has been confirmed to control magic, albeit it being unknown to what degree, and is ultimately very involved with scientific advancement as a whole, helping it grow with her powers. As such, Parangelia has grown into a colony that strives towards development, so that one day they can leave the walls and be free in the outside world. Unlike her sister, who wants to create the best world inside the walls, Kalos wants to expand into the rest of it instead of being trapped in a safe haven for eternity. They have reached a compromise between the cities, with Eirini focusing on making life better inside the walls, while Parangelia focuses on finding a way to live outside as well. Personality-wise, Kalos is a cheerful person who often times relies either on her sister or advisers to make political decisions, relying on her own instincts to make speeches. Though she is truthful, her public appearances are more like rallies, meant to pump people up to develop more and more, so they can one day have the paradise they wanted.
